Board-certified family physician, Carolyn Forbes, MD, FAAFP, brings more than 20 years of experience in wrinkle reduction, body contouring, and anti-aging medicine to Symphony Medical Spa, located in Tooele, Utah, serving patients throughout beautiful Tooele County. Dr. Forbes began her professional education at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry.

Amazing experience, they explain everything to you and are low pressure too. I was a bit anxious and they were understanding and took their time with me. Dr. Forbes and the staff are AMAZING. They were so thoughtful and didn’t push or rush me into buying any services until I felt comfortable. I have had a few things done, including the warm sculpting, hair removal and dark pigment treatment on my face. I am in love with all my results, Dr. Forbes is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable in all situations. My services we all very reasonably priced.
