Can’t say enough about my experience with Ross Home Loans! Prior to contacting them, I tried getting a mortgage directly with a large bank. This was not just time consuming and inefficient but almost ended up causing us to loose the property we had placed an offer on. Tommie and Neil got me a mortgage with an even better rate in less than 8 days. They worked around the clock, including a Saturday night, to make this happen. I recently refinanced a mortgage on an apartment with Tommie and Neil and they made this normally very stressful process so easy and enjoyable.
They were knowledgeable, kind and patient. I felt comfortable asking them all my (many) questions and they ‘spelled it all out in crayon for me’, as much of all that’s involved in a refi is foreign to me.
