My wife and I worked with Marji 6 years ago, on our first home, and were incredibly pleased with the level of support and service we received. I came in to view one of the suites and get information on that unit because it was listed available online. A lady named Tammy was very rude, and looked at me as if I didn’t belong. She asked for my contact information and said she will give the sticky note to one of the real estate agents and see how he wants to proceed, which I thought that was a weird response and unprofessional. Contacted one of the agents afterwards and explained the situation, he finally got back to me and said she never gave him my information. I already knew she didn’t because I could tell she was judgmental and prejudiced

BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a listing from Marji roughly a year ago and it has been a total disaster ever since . Multiple roof and window leaks that have cost us upwards of 10K to correct and one of the leaks was supposedly corrected during inspection period , only to arise 6 months later . Upon reviewing my inspection report it was clearly evident that the sellers had strategically placed items in areas to cover these problems during the inspection (in this case they covered these issues with photo booths because the seller owned a photo booth business) .Even more ironic was the fact that we had
