A cataract is a common condition that causes a clouding of the eye's natural lens, and affects millions of people each year. Cataracts cause a progressive, painless loss of vision. Patients may notice halos around lights, blurry distance and/or near vision, trouble driving at night and a blunting of colors.
Cataract surgery may improve your vision so you can enjoy your hobbies and activities. Most cataract surgery is performed on an out patient basis and does not require hospitalization. Love this doctors office! Amazing customer service. Their staff is so respectful and always accommodating to their patients. The ladies in the front greeted me when I checked in & were so sweet. The techs were helpful and caring. And last but not least, the doctors were amazing and very informative. If you need an eye exam, make sure u book an appointment here! Satisfaction guaranteed!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Not only did they provide a horrible experience for my family while being very unprofessional and disrespectful, now they want to come on here and minimize and discredit the voices of their patients. They want to take away the one right people have to explain their experience with them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Last thing anybody needs is a doctor or their staff trying to argue with their patient online. It goes to show you their true color by trying to silence the voices of their patients. If you don’t give them 5 stars they’ll come on here and try to discredit you in the one

Horrible customer service. Receptionist extremely rude. I have been treated miserably from the two girls in front desk. I asked to speak with a manager or the doctor and was told by the receptionist that I don’t deserve to even be in their office. Not sure if that’s how they treat their patient all day or is it just me that I was treated that way. Truly horrific customer service. I hope who’s ever in charge of that office reads my comment and have a talk with your receptionists. To be clear Dr.Kronenberg is nice and always showing respect and care. My grandma came home crying after her appointment

Couldn’t believe that one day my grandmother will be treated the way she did when she visits this horrible eye institute! She went back home crying from the discrimination she faced from the 2 ladies at the front desk! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
We want to solve this professionally, but what we saw from this institute was shocking!
WE DEMAND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS toward the 2 front desk ladies or we will take it to social media!
