Just be aware! I went and got a hearing check and had to pay out of pocket up front for my hearing aids. I was to get a check for reimbursement for the amount covered by my insurance. 7 Months later I am still waiting for them to correctly bill my insurance and pay me back the money owed to me. They have given me every excuse under the sun as to why they haven't been able to bill my insurance.
Update on November 2nd: it took seven months, but I finally got my refund. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly, I had no problems with the eye doctor I had seen there, this was one of the reasons

Every time I go in for my annual eye exam, the staff and doctors are kind and knowledgeable. My favorite part? Picking out glasses with Loma at the on-site optical center! I have been working with her for years and she always helps me find the perfect frames! She is a sweet lady who knows her stuff! I love Vision Institute!

I can finally see! I've suffered headaches for years and found it that they were due to my eyes straining to see. My previous prescriptions only corrected part of my eye sight issues. Picking out my new frames was so so much fun! I seriously usually struggle and walk away with a frame I don't really like. The ladies that helped me were honest and so helpful, I love my new glasses!

I have been a patient at Vision Institute for many years. My experience in my recent visit, as in all previous visits, was very positive. The medical personnel were courteous and professional. I especially appreciated their COVID precautions. The personnel in the optical department (Loma and another young woman whose name I can’t recall) were extremely helpful in frame selection and fitting. I hate buying glasses; they made the experience not just tolerable, but actually pleasant. Thank you! 🤓

The doctor experience was fine. The staff was friendly professional. Until it came time to get my frames. They told me 2 weeks which seems like a long time. Been wearing glasses for 30 years never waited that long. Then the frames I order weren't available. So I order another frame so another 2 weeks. Now those frames aren't available but the originals are I guess? But still waiting over a month..its a good think I only need my glasses to SEE.

Dr. Novetsky performed cataract surgery on my left eye. My next day exam was remarkable. I have 20/20 vision in that eye and am looking forward to having the right eye done in two weeks. If all goes as planned, I will be without glasses for distance vision for the first time in 60 years. What a difference....highly recommend the doctor and the facility....all of the nurses and technicians were just SUPER!

My family moved to Michigan 2 years ago and started going here! We have always had friendly service and never had a long wait! The whole family is seen from our youngest to our oldest and they have accommodated our appointments together so we wouldn't have to come back! Would definitely recommend Vision institute to others!

I have only been to this office on a few occassions for myself and for my child. I will not be going back. The ladies behind the counter are always rude to me, even on the phone. I went back because everyone can have off days and on one occassion I was seen by a woman doctor who was extremely nice as was one of the assistants. Otherwise everyone else has been rude. My most recent visit was last week for my child and the male doctor not only sighed upon my responding to his questions, but rolled his eyes each time I responded.
