I ran all over the city yesterday. My Samsung galaxy
note 10 plus wouldn't change. I went to spectrum...no phones and little help. I went to best buy ....no phones and they told me it could be my motherboard...I waited in lines to speak to these folks and got stuck for hours...then someone mentioned cell phones for less fixes phones! So I called, they said bring it over and we will check it out.
They were wonderful!!! What a hidden gem! I spoke with Moe, he was so nice and explained everything to me. They are totally honest, they don't pitch new phones. .if they can fix it, they will. Best experience
