I had been without my business computer for 2 weeks, basically crippling us.
Town Tech was recommended to us, we called booked a next day appointment.
Dropped it off at 3p.m. picked it up at 5 p.m.
Wonderful job works perfect, and all my files were intact.

Erich took care of my aging desktop twice so far. He restored its speed and increased its memory. It’s functioning like a youngster again.
Most recently, November 2019, I took an ancient Toshiba laptop in and had it resurrected perfectly. I can now get to everything I need with the warning that it may expire at any time...forewarned is forearmed. TownTech has saved me once again!

Being new to the church and Sunday School organization I saw the need to upgrade our Sunday School Computer. It was not connected to the internet for 10 years and was slow suggish and unreliable. Town Tech coached me along as we sought to upgrade, simplify and economize on our Sunday School system. We got an office type system of word processing and spread sheet software free, not because we were a church but because the organization offering the soft ware was seeking to improve it. Town Tech guided us through the various issues, pros, cons and benefits and drawbacks of "the computer question"

I found myself in some trouble last fall when I dropped my iphone and broke the screen. Fall is the busiest time of year for my boat repair business so I figured I better go buy a new phone. I then remembered an ad for Town Tech, a business in Cazenovia that among many other services also repairs cell phones. I called them and Erich, the owner, said no problem replacing the screen and it would take about a half hour - so I was on my way. I figured it would also be a good idea to replace the battery and screen protector. I stopped back in about an hour and the phone looked and worked great and was
