This place was highly recommended to me by members of an IMT department, and I was not disappointed. Besides repairing my computer, expert advice was provided to help me avoid problems in the future. Service was fast and reasonably priced. This is now my go-to place for repair of my personal computer.

Friendly, professional, quick service, and honest! Dave provided a preliminary estimate for service and offered additional advice after the work was complete. I would definitely return for any other service or accessories required for my Mac laptop.

Why can't we give SIX stars? If you're looking for true expertise, Dave's the one to turn to. After finding out with dismay that it's virtually impossible for a run-of-the-mill user to add memory to the new Mac mini, I took it to Yanntech and within an hour it was ready to go, and with a very affordable price. Turns out I've used Dave's expertise in the distant past when we were both with different companies. That made me feel even better about having him do the upgrade. No more deciding where to go the next time I need service!

I worked with Dave at the shop to handle a really bad situation with my wife's laptop. He was very kind and his ability to communicate was outstanding. He price checked my replacement parts at numerous locations to ensure my total cost was as reasonable as possible. He also outlined all the different options I had and gave me his expert opinion of the option he would choose if he were in my shoes. The option he recommended wasn't even the option that would gain the shop revenue. Everything about Yanntech makes me feel good. I trust them with all my computer repair needs from this point forward

Dave is THE BEST! When it came time to replace my aging Apple laptop, he suggested what to replace it with and where to buy a previously owned one. And then he transferred stuff from the old computer to the newer computer — no small task. I’m so glad to know he is here when I have a question or a problem.

Dave is awesome! I had a battery issue with my computer and the bigger box stores said my battery was no longer in stock and they couldn't get one. Dave got me a battery within two days, installed it, and cleaned my computer. Super nice guy and superior service. He also fixed my wife's computer issue within a day. Other places were trying to tell her she needs a new laptop - hers is only 4 months old! We'll always use and recommend Yanntech!!!

I had the good fortune to come across Yanntech three years ago. Since then I've been back to Dave on three more occasions. He does great work at a very fair price.

Second time using Yanntech for a battery replacement on my Macbook. The first battery replacement lasted for just over a year and a half. It most certainly went bad due to my own fault of leaving it in my truck during this hot weather. But Dave went out of his way to call the manufacturer of the battery, and when they wouldn't honor the year long warranty, decided to cut his own working costs in half because he felt a battery should last longer than this.

Been doing business with Dave for years and he is the best. In this day and age of ghosted files, I trust Dave implicitly with any of my electronics. Fair pricing, fast turnaround, takes the time to explain things. My beloved older laptop started having issues. Dave found a corrupt drive so we made the decision to install SSD (solid state drive). Omg, it runs better than when brand new and just like Dave said...it boots up/shuts down in a flash. I will never own another computer without an SSD. Thanks Dave!!!

Truly is as good as it gets. Dave was immediately available to help me and could have very easily got me to spend more money than I needed to. He went above and beyond the hardware problem that I reported to take care of malware on the machine. His rates were phenomenal. I couldn't be more pleased. I had a hand-me-down 6S that I used for my “side hustle” that wouldn’t hold a charge for longer than 30 minutes. After seeing his ad on Craigslist for battery replacement at 1/3 of what the Apple store charges, I brought it in. My business is internet-based, with a strong customer service element, so having a reliable phone to respond to customer… questions and requests is crucial. The newly-batterized phone is performing like a champ, and the owner treated me like a valuable customer right out of the gate, despite what little I was spending, which is how I treat my customers
