There are several powersports dealers within the SF Bay Area, but this one is my first choice, even though it is about 75 minutes from my home. It has a wide selection of motorcycle brands and styles, and ATVs and side-by-side UTVs. I like Hollister Power Sports because it has a low-key atmosphere, the employees and owner are all very helpful and genuine. I also feel that they are honest and not solely interested in pushing you into a sale. One major influence on my view of this shop is that the employee exhibited trust and a strong customer service orientation by offering his personal phone number

This dealership only cares about making a sale and throw safety out the window. Recently acquired a pre-owned motorcycle. Basic safety checks were not performed in the bike, delivered the bike without taking care of open recalls. Open recalls, that's money on their pockets and can't even do that right. Great customer service prior to them making the sale but once you take delivery, they are nowhere to be found. Truly disappointed at their lack of integrity and ownership. Not a single I'm sorry or we made a mistake, that's all I wanted but they did not have the basic human decency

I had the motorcycle I wanted in mind for a few months, and after going to 4 other dealerships who kept irritating me by insisting I buy a Harley or a 1000cc sport bike I decided give them a try.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted (by who I later found out was the new guy in the shop area) and informed someone would be right with me if I needed any help. And although I had already made an appointment and applied for a loan via their online portal (highly recommend!) it was very welcoming.
After about 10 minutes of talking to Kenny and the lovely receptionist while he was off crunching numbers

I just bought another Indian motorcycle from Hollister Powersports. What an amazing group of people, and what a great dealership! Great prices, and they bend over backwards to make you happy. I don't think you can ask for more from a motorcycle dealership. Not only did I get the bike I wanted, but they did a custom paint job on it that just blew my socks off. Their paint shop crew is second to none. I just recently purchased a New Dirtbike from here, Jane in the sales department was great. She answered all my questions over the phone and we completed most of the transaction by email and phone. When I showed up my bike was ready and was in and out of finance in less than 20 minutes. This place is awesome and Jane is a Rockstar and a huge assest to the dealership!!

I want to share a few key reasons why I bought my Chieftain from Hollister Powersports and JT. The custom painted motorcycles are a must if you want something beyond average! The service to add slip ons and rear heel shifter was immediate! JT was awesome in helping me with my budget and getting a motorcycle beyond my dreams... Went to Hollister Powersports looking for 2 Honda CRF's and 1 SxS. Sales person was rude and did not provide me with any information. The sales person didn't give me his name and said because of covid "everything is selling itself so good luck but i can't help you".

I collect motorcycles so this was not my first rodeo... but it certainly was one of the least painful!
I live in San Jose. What my experience taught me was the drive to Hollister, while not that long, was absolutely worth the trip.
Not only did I get a fair deal, it was the best deal that was put in front of me.
The best part? All in, I was there for less than one hour.
It starts at the top.
Both Rey and Harry (as well as their staff) run that store like it's your best buddies backyard garage.

I rode down to Hollister for a good deal on a brand new motorcycle. Saved some money on the purchase, but lost time and money later with a lack of service after the sale.
Upon further inspection of the bike at home, I found the dealership had managed to install the adjustable windshield incorrectly, as well as the handguards.
There were tooling marks on the handguards that made it obvious someone put the mounting bracket in a vice or grasped it with a pair of pliers and managed to strip the threads during mounting.
I notified them the next day, and had been in contact with the dealer since

If not for conscientious documentation and technician work by Ricky Castro I would have been stuck a long ways from home requiring an all day tow. Service Manager Santiago Pulvido made sure I got information that I needed to solve an issue. Jeff and Martin were each helpful and pleasant to work with. Technician Danny Sosa competently addressed each of my concerns at my 15,000 mile service and got me back on the road. And I appreciated another expert paint consultation by Harry.

I will have to say Rey and his team delivered what we asked for. He went above and beyond the call of duty. After doing my wifes scout 60 and customizing it to her dream bike, I will be having him start on mine next summer. I would not go to any other Indian dealership to buy my own custom bike. Though I have a power sports dealership in my area (Fresno), I still got the best customer service and quote from Hollister Powersports. After researching dealerships all over the United States online... Hollister Powersports was by far the best deal and the friendliest staff. Thanks to salesman Harry Aced. Due to the covid19 pandemic.. I never even met any of these people in person and everything was done over the phone. They even delivered my brand new ATV right to my garage. I needed to get my '97 Harley-Davidson FXDL serviced and a friend recommended Hollister Powersports as a good place to take it. He was absolutely right as the service was excellent. Jeff in service took care of the job and Santiago (service manager) took the time to ensure all was well. I'm very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be taking my bike back when additional service is needed.

I needed some work done on my 2019 Chieftain so I called and e-mailed these guys. got responses right away. Kenny the sales guy was very helpful with all my questions when I went in. We had some good conversation about bikes and options. Ken has a lot of knowledge about all Indian motorcycles. He took me back to the service department where I was introduced to Santiago and JT. I explained my issues and they got right on it. Its like talking with buddies every time we had a chat. I really like that. I referred my buddy to stop in for his work as well and he had the same awesome experience as I did

If you're looking for a great bike then look no further. HPS is a great place with a big selection. The service is top notch and as soon as you walk in you're greeted warmly by Julie. Rey (the owner) treats you like family (well, actually better). Once you get tour Indian, you become part of the IMRG Family. Come on, what are you waiting for? I wasn't sure which model of GoldWing I wanted but he was very helpful and informative about what my options were. I was able to test ride that day without an appointment which was fun. So worked out a price on a green 1000. Needed it ASAP. Sent Jim and Michelle to take a look. Make sure it would work?
They sat in the green 1000. Liked it fine.
We cut a check and sent it in. Took weeks to screw a roof on it and put a garbage snorkel on. Called 3 times to see what the holdup was..
FINALLY delivered.

Nice patient sales guy and manger for Can Am side by sides. Spent 5 hours going over all the options and added equipment pricing for a 2018 Can Am XRS. After multiple price negotiations, we came to a fair (still way overpriced) agreeable price. I believe in buying local to support the local economy and workers. We next went to the financial guy, he was beyond rude. He stated that he had more important stuff to do and left for the night.

GEM car owners rejoice! Hollister Powersports has a technician by the name of David who was able to fix some snarly problems with our electrical system. He was so thorough! And speedy!
