The property managers Dave and Anne are lovely and run a tight ship. They handle maintenance requests quickly and are easy to get a hold of, especially since they live on site. It is very unit-dependent how nice the apartments are. Some are badly in need of updating (laminate counters, stained linoleum floors, old stained carpet), others are recently updated to granite countertops and wood floors. Regardless of being updated or not, all kitchens are small with limited counter space and cupboard storage.
