I leased an apartment through Hasani Steel and at first everything seemed legit, that is until I signed my lease. The apartment turned out to be a mess (I.e. stains and food on paper blinds that could have been replaced prior to me moving in, a broken toilet seat, dead bugs on the ceiling, on the second day of my lease the AC tank started to leak like a water faucet, and the hot water in the shower went out after 2 days!!). Where does a misunderstanding come in when I have my own realtor and my own finance??? If I don't want to use your services so you can pad your margin on your properties that is my business. But to say that I talked to someone from your office constitutes them "representing" me is incredulous.
I did not want to use guaranteed rate or your realtor. It's really that simple. So help me understand when I express that, how does that become negated and you go with what you want to hear?
Do I need to post my mortgage letter ? Lol or do you need my realtors name? Help

I recommend not dealing at all with Hasani. He is great at first impressions, but was dishonest, unresponsive, unprofessional, and sneaky. We had continuous problems getting a hold of him and his team; we were almost never called back when we were told we would be; problems frequently arose, but they were "never" his fault: he was quick to throw the seller, the other tenants, and even his own staff under the bus.

I will only use Hasani whenever I am dealing with any type of real estate purchase. With my first real estate purchase Hasani was not my agent directly, but he did mentor and advise my agent on negotiating the real estate deal and securing the loan. While he was very professional during my interactions with him, I soon found that some of the things he stated while presenting the property during the open house and follow up interactions were in conflict with what the developer intended/was actually agreeing to do. I used him as a buyer and I was extremely disappointed with Hasani Steele's service.
He was very engaged early in the buying process then he virtually disappeared after we entered in a contract. There was an extreme delay in securing the appraisal and closing date and we received conflicting information from his office, loan officer, and seller regarding what was happening. So we thought our agent would help clear up the confusion and we made multiple unsuccesful attempts to contact him via email, phone, and text to get more information and get some answers.
He was totally unresponsive
