Shannon grew up in Silicon Valley, graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2007, and then graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2011. She also became a licensed attorney in California in 2011. She has always valued involvement in community service efforts and finding ways to give back to others with both her time and skills.

Creating an estate plan, including a living trust, is the most secure way to ensure your wishes are followed and that your family does not have to go through the lengthy and costly probate court process. A good estate plan also includes built-in incapacity planning options. Estate Planning is the process for you to specify how your assets will be distributed after you pass away.

We have had the intentions of getting a living trust together for quite some time but procrastinated for a variety of reasons. Some of them being intimidated by the unbeknownst of the process and by the idea of talking to a lawyer itself.
