Our practice is family-centered and located in the Lakeside Village Shopping Center of our Newtown community. I have always felt extremely comfortable with everyone who works on staff and especially Dr.O. Things are always explained well and I appreciate them taking time to work with me when it comes to payment and procedures. The entire office staff including Dr. O were amazing! Hands down best customer/patient care I've received in a long time. I work in health care and understand that staffing can sometimes make or break a practice. This was not the case here. Everyone had a smile on their faces. No attitudes! Just great service. Amanda at the front desk was amazing! She was pleasant professional and friendly on and off the phone. The whole office is just great vibes"

Dr. O and her staff are always very professional, friendly, polite, and attentive to you needs and desire. They’re very knowledgeable of the procedures if you need more explanation concerning your concerns. I love them because each and everyone can assist you with any concerns you may have.
