At Hayes Modular, we've earned our position as the industry leader by delivering high-quality modular construction projects for various markets - all within budget and on time, every time. Developers depend on us for new construction as well as expansion and remodeling projects. Military contracting procedures are rigorous, and the space requirements can be daunting.
Hayes Modular installed steel-frame modules built by Z Modular to form two temporary housing facilities for homeless families. The factory-built steel framework ensured precise alignment, allowing the team to stack 15 to 20 modules per day. Hayes Modular installed 2,400 modules over four contract periods in one of the largest modular U.S. military projects.
A state agency, TDHCA regulates the manufactured housing industry in Texas, among other responsibilities. Hayes Modular maintains an installer license through the organization. TMHA is a membership-based organization committed to representing the interests of its members and the Texas manufactured housing industry by providing dedicated representation in the Texas legislature.
