After 35+ years of calling 1250 our home, it was not easy deciding to sell. We also knew we were going to be nomads for about a year which meant moving/storing 50% of a lifetime worth of stuff and the other 50% lined the shelves of Goodwill stores. Carol and her daughter came to our home, went over comps from the neighborhood and were very helpful in determining an offering price,. They prelisted our home to other brokers and we received multiple offers within the first few days, all of which were above the initial offering price.
