To maintain social distancing & safety, Kaye-Lynn Dance Studio proudly offers our classes in person & virtually. The concept of no recitals allows a full year of dance training at Kaye-Lynn's from September through June, rather than months of repetitive practice for recital routines.
It also allows the teachers, while recognizing the student's individual talents, to have the flexibility to move students throughout the year to more suitable and challenging classes in order to continue a strong growth in their dance education.

Kaye-Lynn Dance Studio is a non-recital studio, dedicated to providing the highest quality dance education and training in all forms of dance, from basic creative dance for the pre-schooler as well as the most advanced professional. Great care and individual attention is given in nurturing the abilities of each student to their fullest potential.
Jackie Lynn (right) - Founder-Director of Kaye-Lynne Dance Studio established in 1955. Miss Lynn has taught thousands of children in all forms of dance throughout her career. She has given her pupils knowledge, confidence, self-respect and a positive feeling in the world of dance.
Robin Kaye, a graduate of JP Stevens High School - 1980, is the co-owner and Director of Kaye-Lynn Dance Studios which is a professional, non-recital dance studio, with over fifty years of family-run dance training located in Edison & East Brunswick.Robin is the Director-Choreographer of the award winning Encore Ensemble Dance Company, established in 1983.

Trying to make a difference one child at a time. Every child has the desire to be something special and share the love of dance with someone like themselves! We realize the frustration in some children when they can't complete a task as fast as their friend. In "BUDDY DANCE" we move at a slower pace and each child gets to develop at their own speed and this way they feel a sense of accomplishment after every class.

My two year old daughter started dancing with Miss Robin in her bouncin babies class this summer and LOVES it. This is a mommy (or daddy) and me class for kids 18 mo-3 yrs. Miss Robin has made us feel welcome and comfortable from day one. The classes are very fast paced and engaging, which keeps the attention of all the little ones in the program and makes it very fun for them. Simply the best dance school! We attend with our two and a half year old and she absolutely loves it! Miss Robin is upbeat, engaging and all around amazing experience! My daughter is shy and with Miss Robin she comes out of her shell, participates and loves coming!

Kaye-Lynn is an amazing studio, passed down through generations and you can really feel the family atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. As a former dance teacher, I can say that they have such a great variety of different classes for all ages. My almost 7 year old takes multiple classes and my 2 year old son loves tumbling around in the bouncin babies class. We started back in April 2021 and it was the best thing I could have done for my daughter! The staff is so caring and compassionate. They are so patient and keep practicing with the kids so they learn the proper form. Another plus for me is it’s a non recital dance studio so you don’t have to spend all the extra money on costumes each year but they still get a chance to show you what they learned throughout the year. Our daughters have been attending ballet classes at Kaye Lynn Edison center for a while a now and we can definitely say its a studio that cares for your kids and ensures each kid gets the personal attention to hone his or her skill. Ms. Robin and all the other dance teachers have been so amazingly warm and patient with kids and their routines. If you are looking for fun and interactive lessons to learn ballet or tap dancing, kaye lynn is definitely a winner. The monthly or quarterly class plan is easy on parents pocket and they do recitals etc.

My daughter first attended Kaye Lynn when she was three years old. She thoroughly enjoyed the classes and everything about the school. She quickly bonded with her teacher (Miss Jaci), and always looked forward to the next class. Like many kids, her interests changed, and she stopped taking dance classes. My daughter recently turned 15, and had a desire to begin dancing again. She was so happy to see Miss Jaci and Miss Robin again. She is taking a few different classes and enjoying every minute of it. Kaye-Lynn Dance Studio is by far one of the best local businesses out community has to offer for a family oriented , results focused FUN dance program. The fact they have been in business for 60 years over 3 generations says a lot about a company. My daughter started as a toddler in bouncing babies right before COVID and was blossoming. When allowed we went to private lesson and my 2 1/2 year old learned so much. The environment was safe and cleaner than I could ever ask for.
