I stopped by the shop because my iPhone was overheating and I suspect the battery to be faulty. Tony is a great guy! He took care of the problem in less than 30 mins and didn't charge me a single dime. He gave me some suggestions and didn't try upsell me on anything. In good will I told him I would leave him a 5 stars review on YELP. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've gone to his shop. This guy is so nice and honest. He was recommended to me by my parents, they are old and easily taken advantage of, but he was incredibly kind and very reasonably priced. When my daughters phone stopped working, he said he would diagnose it for free, but it ended up not being anything serious so he wouldn't accept any money for it. He is too kind.

Broke my phone at a concert and had a friend recommend this place. Took it out to get it repaired the next day and Tony was exceptional! He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Very honest with the pricing and had it repaired in less than an hour. They also handle computer, console, and majority of electronics. Tony also mentioned the 60 day merchant warranty. (If the part he replaced malfunctions) he will happily replace it free of charge.

I brought my five year old 2016 iPhone SE in for a battery replacement bc the battery was going down super fast even when charging, but we realized it was a problem with the IC chip. Tony was super honest, helpful, and kind. He only charged me for the battery replacement even though he spent a lot of time trying to fix my phone and also tried replacing the chip. Ultimately, my phone did not make it but Tony gave me a replacement iphone at no charge to make up for not being able to fix my phone so I'm very satisfied with the customer service and happy with the outcome. Look no further!!! Tony fixed my water damaged iphone 11 in less than 10 minutes. Steam got into it from the hot tub. He is very straightforward, honest and only recommends what to fix that is NECESSARY! He doesn't try to tell you to fix this or fix that. He replaced the screen for $130 and I got 2 phone cases on the side. He's awesome! This is my new go to place for repairs. Thanks Tony!!!
Edit: my iPhone 11 top speaker was also not working, and he fixed it in about 15 mins or less. Amazing!

Both online chat and in store employees were helpful, customer-service oriented, honest, and courteous. They are upfront with costs and answered all questions quickly. He estimated a 20 minute wait that day which is extremely fast. They're right off the freeway too so easy to get to. Lots of parking available in the center. Recommend!
