I was on the verge of buying a new Apple Watch because apple store wanted to charge me $400 just to fix it. I came here and They fixed it for me on the spot for the fraction of the price. Great service and the owner is very friendly and professional.

Gonna be real honest everything is great here they do the best phone repairs but the customer service I think they can do better on that , may try putting a smile on your face when your infront of your customers.

The only reason I gave them a two not a one star is Becuase they were very respectful. I took my phone who had broken screen to fix it . I decided to purchase the original iPhone screen; just though it’s better than getting the cheaper screen. They were nice to ask me to get it redone to fix the issues; but my phone still has issues, especially the keyboard. They asked me to come back again Therefore, I am very disappointed:(

Beautiful repair, a handsome young man approached me at the counter and responded to me quickly. I gave him my half destroyed Iphone 6, in fact, not only did he completely fix my phone but he transformed it into a completely new phone. Will visit again right away.

This CellZone is great. I find the service to be very good. The workers are friendly and work hard. I bring all my phone here. The prices are reasonable.

This is the most personable service I've ever received. The owner is so honest and down to earth. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I took my ipad to get the screen replaced cus it was cracked to begin with I had passed by it the day before and the guy told me the price for the fix then when I went back to take it in another guy told me a much higher price. Then I told him the other guy said $80 he was like I'll do it for 80 this time. When he returned the iPad to me he gave it back to me in the iPad case. So I brought my phone here cause my phone got run over. I had a broken i8 broken front and back, and the phone was folded in half. I don't know how but these guys fixed my phone and made it look like brand new. And I didn't loose any of my stuff either. You guys need to come down here if you ever break your phone I'm telling you.

Please don't go here. They charged 120$ and screen is peeling off. Made me put new batteries but the problem is still there. And the screen protector cracked in one day. This is a scam.

I bought a power bank and an iPhone charger because my phone had died at the mall and it was a total of $43 the power bank only charged my phone about 20% bc it charges really slowly and then the power bank died after 2 hrs... I would definitely not recommend waisting your money on this

These people are a sham! Got my screen "fixed" about a month ago for $70 and all was fine until it wasn't! Screen kept going dark so I took it back and told them the issue. They, with and attitude, claimed it wasn't the screen that was the issue and that it was a chip issue and it would take 2 days to repair for $120. Wanting to get a second opinion, I took it to Apple to get checked out. Not surprisingly Apple verified it was a screen issue and I had to pay $149 to get a new screen! Never again would I use this place and not only are they not properly fixing phones, they also

If you need your phone fixed, please don't do it here. The reason is because they use imitation parts that don't work after a few days. My iPhone display touchscreen doesn't work as good as a genuine part would. Also, they replaced my wife's Galaxy Display and just two weeks later it stopped working. The worst part is that they did not honor their 30 day warranty even though I had my receipt on hand. I wanted either the phone fixed or my money back and the cashier did neither and just brushed me off. Is a terrible repair shop.

Terrible customer service! Did a repair here because the glass was coming off. They repaired the glass and put a new protector which began to peel off. Brought it back within the month warranty and they wouldn't replace the protector because that wasn't covered even though there was nothing wrong with the protector when I brought it in. Take your business elsewhere!

I came to get my iPads screen fixed. The screen started to come off a day later. I snapped it back in. I took it back and the guy at the counter told me there was nothing wrong with it and that apparently I had snapped back in real good. He told me if I had another issue to bring it back. A week later we noticed the button was getting loose and leaning toward side. We went on vacation. 31 days later I came back to the counter and told them about button. They told me it was not their issue. Since it was past 30 days they could not fix it. But what got me mad as they didn't seem to care not

I paid 70 dollars to get my iPhone 5 fixed, THREE DAYS later I kid you not!! The screen stopped working. The man said it wasn't covered under warranty and that he would not fix it again, PLEASE DONT GO HERE. I was ripped off and I learned my lesson. This place is awful. They literally learn off of YouTube on how to fix screens when I asked the guy where he learned.

This place is awesome!! I originally had my I-phone 6 fixed at this ghetto place called Computer Repair Orange County in Los Alamitos which was terrible! They gave me a refund after I complained three times and he gave me my phone back without a screen! Anyway, I came to I-Cell and Marlon did such an awesome job on my phone! He was nice, professional, and prompt. I recommend this place to everyone who has issues with their phone. He even put a nice glass screen protector on my phone. This is my go-to spot if anything happens to my phone again (crossing-fingers it doesn't).
