I got a lash-lift here and I absolutely love it!! This was my first time getting anything done on my lashes and I had a great experience. Arica and Nina are the best and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I have never been able to see my lashes without makeup on and I am instantly addicted to how great they look!! I will definitely be coming back :)

The lash factory is the cutest salon, bright and cheery, very clean. Kristin is so sweet, professional and she knows lashes! I had trouble with lash retention until I met Kristin. She is caring, accommodating and takes the time to get to know you and your lifestyle so you get lashes that work for you. Lashes have helped me feel so much better about myself. Moving from state to state- it’s been a struggle to come across an establishment that does lashes with care and perfection. The Lash Factory checks all boxes. Superior customer service and flawless lashes every time. Kristen & Erica both do amazing jobs and take their time with my lashes. The intake process for new clients is thorough and ensures that WHEREVER you had your lashes done prior or whatever issues you’ve had are fully addressed before you get there. My fills last anywhere from 2-3 weeks and even at 3 weeks my lashes still look good. I would recommend them to anyone in the Syracuse

The Lash Factory is by far the best place to get your lashes(and more) done. They do such an amazing job for my wife every single time. She is always so happy and confident after her visit to the Lash Factory. The studio is clean, and welcoming. The management is friendly and professional. You literally could not ask for a better experience. If you go elsewhere you are wasting your time and money. The Lash Factory is THE BEST.

I firmly believe that you should abide by Baseballs rules when you are trying oUt new salons. Specifically, the three strikes your out rule.
The first time I came here, I booked a refill because I still had lashes on from my previous salon in another state. I wasn't blown away with the service but it wasn't bad. A solid C.
The second time I came to the studio, I did a full 2 hour set and left in tears because my lashes looked like I was heading to work as a stripper. I had asked for a more natural look and I have blondeish lashes so I need a little help to frame my eyes. Instead I

I have been coming to the Lash Factory for about 5 years now. I can not say enough good things about the quality of service, the expertise of the staff or beauty of the salon itself. This is exactly what you hope to find when looking for your regular lash salon. I originally saw Lash Factory during my pregnancy walk over a year ago. Finally I decided to make an appointment. I must tell you that Amanda is really is a Lash Guru!!! I have had lashes done multiple places in WA state and California, she is the best!
She is quick, gentle, and the end result is beyond your expectations. She truly has the magic touch and the eye for how to make your specific eyes stand out.

I'm allergic to everything but I love lashes Lash Factory worked with me until we found the perfect combination of things that allow me to have lovely full feathery lashes WITHOUT sneezing, itchy eyelids and bloodshot eyes. The salon is super clean and all the lash artists are amazing. I've been to all of them! I'm a regular on Amanda's calendar since transitioning to volume lashes. We chat, laugh and talk a mile a minute so my time goes by fast. I always leave with a smile on my face and cuuuuute 'n pretty lashes. The only thing is people keep stoping me mid-conversation

I love seeing Amanda for my lashes. She works wonders. I live in South Seattle and it's worth the drive to Issaquah Highlands just to see her. I love how she does my lashes, a true work of art. I am at ease with her and makes me feel confident. I wear glasses and she always made sure it does not interfere with my lenses. I feel relaxed and there is no dull moment with her.
