After months of contemplating whether or not I wanted to get my lashes done again, I stumbled across their profile on IG. I'm so happy that I did. Chan did a really awesome job with my lashes. This is my second visit and her work does not disappoint. I am also so appreciative of the fact that the workplace is clean and she takes the precautions to keep herself and her clients safe. I'll definitely be back!

Worst customer service I have ever received.
Absolutely no respect for their customers.

They contacted me 1 hour and 30 minutes before my appointment canceling my appointment. After I have already left work and got a babysitter. Saying they tried to contact me other ways (via phone/text) of which I never received. Chan was extremely unapologetic didn't try to offer a reschedule just kept saying I'm not sure what you want me to do. Then told me I could then get my money back through Groupon without trying to reschedule.

They did a brilliant job on my lashes once I found my way inside. :)

Chan does amazing job all the time. Just got my regular volume fill today. The length I got is not too long, not too short either. I've been to other places but Chan's place is remarkable. She's very friendly and is not hard to ask her questions and she's very open to knowing what you really want. She's very professional and knows what she's doing. My lashes last at least 3weeks until I need a fill.

Chan is THE BEST! She’s Seattle born and raised and the OWNER! She’s professional, and a dewith five years experience!! Girl knows what she’s doing and is lovely in every way. Her shop is tiny but posh, tidy, clean and private! If you are thinking about lashes, she IS the pro! I’ve been thru several lash experiences over the last two-ish years and I only wish I’d found Chan first!!!!

Wow! Simply amazing. I just got my lashes done by Chan. I was very impressed with every aspect of this service. She took her time, her space is very clean and pretty, she is very personable, and truly cares for her clients. It's hard to find someone Who truly cares about your own wants and needs. I will most definitely be going back to Chan. On top of that she offers very competitive pricing and you will find a way higher quality work with her than 99.9% of the people out there doing eyelashes. She's very skilled at what she does and she is very nice I am so grateful to be a new client

Chan did a full hybrid set for me. The room as so comfortable and had a great vibe. My lashes look great and feel good. I told her what I was looking for, just a hint longer/curled than a straight natural look, and she nailed it. I feel pretty.

I bought a Groupon for a classic set. Groupon or not I will NEVER recommend this place nor return. I had a full classic set on Friday and by Saturday morning 1/3 on one eye had fallen off, plus many
lashes from the others side had also fallen off. I was so upset I had an event to attend my lashes looked ridiculous so I had to supplement with mascara to make my lashes look presentable.
I text them to ask for an appointment on Monday. Sunday many more lashes fell out so I canceled my appointment I didn't feel the need to waste another hour for lashes to fallout within 24 hours. Chan

I have been coming here for about 2 years now & she never disappoints. Very professional & most importantly...honest. She's good at what she does...very gentle on your lids & clean. I strongly recommend to get your lashes done here.

Very very Poor quality, lack of basic lash application knowledge. Wasnt even able to brush through my lashes. Overage of glue applied my eyes felt so heavy and irritated.

I went for the first time and very disappointed, I asked the lady to not cut my eyelashes and she did. Now every time that I saw my eyelashes in one eye, I get piss off.
