They are horrible and if you share your experience, all their friends jump on you. Completely changed my face, biggest regret to date. And if you go to a real experienced expert with years and certifications behind their name, they will tell you they don't know what they are doing... cookie cutter eyebrows. Word is out on them in the cosmetic profession.

I absolutely loved my experience at Shador today. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles, warmth and professionalism. They informed me that they just had a fire, but they were trying to make sure that they can take care of all of their clients. I am new to the area and want to find my spot for all the different services that I need. I feel so passionately about supporting local business and love with these two sisters and daughter are trying to accomplish and do.

I went in for the eye brow reconstruction. I had some area on my brow where I wanted fuller. Shalon ( I'm pretty sure it was Shalon, one of the sisters) did a wonderful job. It was shaped, tinted and reconstructed. It's absolutely beautiful. My eyebrows looks like twins instead of distant cousins.

I got a Groupon for sugaring - called for an appointment and have been waiting over 5 hours for a return call (I've been calling again every hour or so). Hoping they wow me enough when I finally get a hold of them so that I can re-rate them higher. But any business that won't bother to return calls is not one that I feel comfortable going to to have anything done in a delicate area. Not impressed.

More people need to know about this place; these ladies are amazing at what they do. I don't think it can get any better for eyelash extensions than this place. Every time I leave; I leave a whole new person and I get SO MANY complements on my eyelashes. They look amazing and natural and they last a long time; like upwards of a month and half if you really take care of them.
The only downside is that it is expensive. I usually get the mink ones and they average about $160-180. And then touch ups are usually $60 but they are SO worth it.

I purchased a LivingSocial deal for this place back in August and was really excited to try out the services as I just moved to the area and was looking places that I could frequent for waxing/spa/etc. services.
They NEVER picked up in the first three times I called and I had to schedule for an inconvenient work time hour in the middle of the day 2 weeks from my call. Which was fine, since usually I can get out of work for a while, but closer to the date, meetings came up so I had to cancel. Tried to call several times to reschedule. Again, no one would pick up. If I could give this place zero stars I probably would. I got a brazilian sugar wax done. It was AWFUL. I've had many done in the past at diffferent places, and I would not recommend this one. I had Dior. She dug into my skin as she was spreading the sugar on, it was almost more painful than ripping the hair off. She didn't hold my skin taught, so when she ripped, it felt like my skin was pulling away from my body. I am literally PURPLE down there, almost a week later. Also, she put some scented powder everywhere, even inside the inner labia. This gave me an infection. Have to see my

I absolutely love this spa! I got my eyelashes done for my engagement photos and they turned out great! They look and feel so natural, and they lasted for months! I also recently got sugaring done and i loved that as well. It hurts less than waxing and the results last longer. I am getting married in May and my aestheticism put me on a chemical peel regimen and it feels like i got a brand new face. It removed all my hyper-pigmentation and blemishes. So, I didn't have an appointment but I was out running around and wanted to try sugaring. It's located in the back section of a salon that is not very well kept. The lady at the front desk took me back and sat me next to the door of where I can only imagine the services take place. I waited for about 20 mins. No one came out, and no one offered to help. I just ended up walking out.

Whoohoo is right! I got sugared, or "candy-coated", as they like to call it, this weekend. I feel so free and alive! =)
I was an avid self-waxer for 10 years and I have to say, sugaring makes so much more sense. Aside from the fact that it works on shorter hair, the sugar-based product is made from ingredients so pure, you could eat it if you wanted to. The sugar is the consistency of super thick honey. It's applied in the opposite direction of the hair growth and pulled off in the same direction from which it grows (waxing is the other way around). That was an "aha" moment
