Needed repair of my ring. Looked on line for a local jeweler. Based on reviews, chose WIGGINS! Jana was personable, knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done and even had some suggestions for potential work in the future. Picked my ring up today-WOW…..repair completed expertly, cleaned & polished. Charges were reasonable & fair!!!

I have been wearing my ring everyday for 20 years. The bezel setting broke and I was told by Lafayette Jewelers that only an artisan proficient with a laser welder would be able to repair it. They recommended Cox Jewelers in Lebanon. I went there and found they retired and closed shop. Feeling defeated, I drove up Main Street and happily found Winfrey Jewelers. The gal there told me to go to Wiggins Jewelers right up the street and that is where I would find Shay. He is the Super Star Laser Welder and all the Jewelers I met along the way were very generous sending me to find someone at another

We were greeted at the door with friendly faces. I needed my grandmother’s brace fixed and resized. Jana was very helpful and explained what the process was involved. I am very appreciative and impressed on the work that was done. Now I can wear my grandmother’s bracelet with honor. I love you Grandma Rita! ❤️❤️❤️

Took my wife’s wedding ring for cleaning and resizing. Was met by some wonderful people who took their time explaining everything to us and making sure we got the correct size. The jeweler doing the work is on site, not a send out. He spoke with us as well.
They showed us some anniversary bands and kept track of the ones my wife liked so when I called back a few days later they were able to help me over the phone get the right one ordered. They kept me informed via text messaging and surprised her with the ring (I wasn’t able to be there when she picked it up).
We will definitely be using

Jana was great to work with and did a really good job with explaining the differences in diamonds and answering all of our questions. She brought in several extra diamonds to view and choose from and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I had my wedding ring set repaired. They did an amazing job. The repair is flawless and the ring was so sparkly clean you would have sworn it was brand new and not nearly 20 yrs old.
It was priced fairly and the customer service was impeccable.
