We are located just one block from the famous El Paseo Shopping District, in the heart of Palm Desert. El Paseo is filled with the finest retail shops, art galleries and restaurants in the area. Close by are countless beautiful golf courses, desert gardens, hiking and biking trails and many other attractions.

Casa Larrea Inn is a small, modest, quaint resort located in a quiet residential neighborhood away from traffic noise. Our facilities have been completely renovated with beautifully appointed rooms, each with its own unique decor. Your room has a private patio with table, chairs and lounges. We absolutely loved this property.
Services
What a wonderful and fun place to stay. After staying at chain hotels and motels this was a very pleasant difference. It was like going back in time when people really cared about one another and service was the key. Great pool area with a BBQ, fruit trees lawn, pet friendly and extremely relaxing.

This is hotel is one of a kind! It all begins with the owner Kim. She is amazing, kind and determined to make sure your stay is the best it can be! Then there is the courtyard, pool, breakfast, great location and of course a clean comfortable room! The courtyard is beautifully decorated with lounge chairs, tables and several umbrellas to hide from the sun. The pool is exceptionally clean! The breakfast is also excellent. I typically do not eat breakfast when I stay at hotels, however this breakfast was great! Simple but had every thing a health-conscious individual would enjoy especially a huge

A real gem in Palm Desert. Cute set of rooms arranged around a pool. The rooms have a private patio in back, a well equipped (small) kitchen, and a nice size room. The location is great - 1 block from El Paseo and all the restaurants and shopping Palm Desert has to offer. The staff are great - friendly and helpful. Just a nice feeling staying here for 3 nights.

This is a great place for a family reunion or just a relaxing retreat. The owner was awesome and the rooms were very comfortable and well stocked. We had all 12 rooms for our group. We will definitely use Casa Larrea again.

Staying here was like visiting some old friends! We arrived on Saturday afternoon and that same night the owners were treating the guests to a bbq dinner. Everyone gathered around the tables outside by the pool for a nice homemade dinner and fun conversation. How fun!
Breakfast in the morning also felt like staying at a friend's house. The owner would make a dish for everyone on top of the regular fruit, eggs, bagels options.
The crowd is mostly older folks, seems like most people have been returning to this little hidden treasure for years.
The room was nice and we had an ac unit in it. Also

We stayed here for coachella and it was the perfect location for us.. fairly close to the shuttle stop but also super close to shops/coffee/breakfast for our mornings.
The room was so nice and the pool area is amazing. Kim was an excellent host, she was super helpful and even bought pizza for all of us on the second day. We will definitely be back again, in fact we have already rebooked for next year!!

Such a beautiful little place! Relaxing, comfortable, clean. Kim is the most amazing host you can ask for. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The other guests that were staying there made it even more fun, just hanging out in the pool all day. We will come back again and again. Thank you Kim!

My wife and i were looking for a quick, couple day getaway around Christmas time and stumbled upon this little gem. The owner, who checked us in was amazing! So pleasant and accommodating. She even brought us drinks to our room and made sure we knew how to operate the satellite system and heating unit. The room was fully furnished with a kitchenette and even a small stove and oven unit (we used to make cookies). The bed was very comfortable and I had no issues sleeping on it with my horrible back problems. The room had a nice private patio with sitting area and umbrella ( gets really hot there in
