I love how clean and sanitary the office is. I love how even though they do have a long wait lines they are so quick with it. They are so professional and they have so many rude people coming to them and doing/saying rude things to them they still keep a professional face and try to help the person even though they are rude. I would much rather wait one hour at this place then I would waiting 10 to 12 hours at are the urgent cares and hospitals. Great Job Windermere Staff and providers, we thank you for working and being there for us during this very hard time.

One of the worst experiences that I’ve had with a walk-in clinic and COVID-19 testing. My father is going through a chemo therapy and he is very sensitive to the cold weather. We stood outside from 10 am to almost 4 pm. Since the 2 lines were so big, we ended up taking the wrong line because we did not see the sign in the front of the building with it being so crowded. There wasn’t any signs by either lines (at the end or middle) and nobody to inform us what each line was for. When we got to the door they removed us and made us wait over an hour to be seen again, while saying that we would

My wife went for a Covid test. Understandably the line was pretty long for walk-ins. My wife is 23 weeks pregnant and gets very dizzy when standing for long periods of time, not to mention already having a weakened immune system due to the pregnancy (I was Covid positive, otherwise I would have just waited in line for her). I suggested that she get someone‘s attention and ask if there was anywhere else she could wait. She was not trying to cut the line, just to wait elsewhere so she could be more comfortable and less at risk of, you know, passing out on the sidewalk. their response was that she

I am a patient here and every time I go I feel like I am just a number doing everything wrong in life. They are always in a rush and don't care to take the time for you. They also just do things without telling you how much your insurance covers and how much you will owe.
Typical of our garbage health care system. If you are looking for factory type clinic wasting money on tihngs, this is the one for you. I'd recommend looking for a family oriented medical office where they take the time and care about you as a person.

Be advised that this place is a Primary Care office first that also provides urgent care services. They wouldn't see me because I would have had to change my primary care provider to one of the doctors there. I wish I would have known this before sitting in their office for over 30 minutes. This information should be clearly stated somewhere out front. It's very deceiving as the sign out front says that it offers 7 day a week urgent care, (but only if you have the right insurance and are willing to switch your primary care doctor.)

I'm not sure if this is standard practice, but going there to get a covid test means they'll force everyone to be "seen by a provider". Not only does this make the waiting time longer than it probably needs to be (over 4 hours) but it also means you're stuck with an unnecessary medical bill. Every other clinic I've had family and friends go to for a test did not have this absurd requirement. It seems like they've found a way to scam the system, which sucks because you don't find this out until you're called into the waiting room and, after waiting for several hours, you'll probably just go with

Unless you love terrible customer service, getting scathing emails about how others treat their staff, and enjoy feeling like you’ve done something terribly wrong, save yourself the agony.
This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. Very unprofessional, very cold. I’m shocked I stayed for as long as I did. I guess it was the proximity to my home, either way that stopped being a good enough reason for me.

I have been a patient of Windermere Medical Center since it first opened. It is such a privilege to receive the best medical care (in my opinion) the entire country. Not only are you treated in a holistic, empathetic and proactive manner but the medical staff ensures you participate in your care as well. It is so heart warming to know that your health and well-being are genuinely cared for. I encourage everyone to utilize Windermere Medical Center as their primary care provider. The gratitude I have for this establishment cannot be put into words. Thank you for the years of unmatched and remarkable

Very disappointed with the level of humanity and care. I was a patient there for almost 5 years and recently had an insurance change. This insurance requires a prior authorization for my medication to be approved, which is pretty normal. The office informed me they charge to complete that paperwork ($50 per medication) and I’m on 3 medications that require the authorization. I let my insurance company know that I was going to be charged and they informed me how unethical that was and that they would no longer be an in-network provider for BC/BS and I was instructed to find a new PCP. Unfortunate

Hello! I wanted to share my experience with Windermere Medical Center, and they're amazing staff and doctors. Dr. Hector Rocha is the doctor that I have been seeing since my car accident earlier this year, and he is by far one of the best doctors Ive had the pleasure of having assigned to me as a doctor. He is so professional, makes sure all aspects of what is wrong is covered and explained, and he ensure that you leave feeling like you've been heard and genuinely taken care of. I wanted Dr. Hector and the staff to not only get the recognition they deserve, but to also share my experience with
