My experience at this salon was AMAZING!. I had full highlights and a cut done by Jessica. She is the most talented hair stylist I've ever been to. She pays so much attention to detail and my hair looks naturally blonde, not over done. I love it!. The cut was amazing also. I highly recommend Jessica and B.Lee.

I went here for the first time three weeks ago and I had the worst experience. It took four hours to get a "balayage" done that did not blend well at all. I thought scheduling an appointment 4 hours before I had to be at work would be enough time, but they finished at the exact time I had to be in work despite my telling them multiple times I couldn't stay longer. My hair dresser also cut my hair completely uneven. It was the most expensive and the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I would not recommend anyone going here.

For almost 2 weeks my boyfriend have tried to make contact with you guys. Whether you are busy or not the time it takes to respond to us is minimal. I wanted to get my hair done badly and never had a professional dye it and I found this place thinking wow they seem like they are very good at what they do. But nearly 2 weeks later we still have not set up an appointment. In that time frame I am sure I would have been seen by another salon. But I waited. And waited. And no answers yet. So unprofessional.

I started going to Bridget almost a year ago after another stylist at a different salon destroyed my hair. Bridget was able to fix it right away and I left feeling great! She's always warm and makes sure to explain the process and products she's using. If you're looking for balayage, she's the expert!!

This place is wonderful!! Today was my first visit to B. Lee and it was a much needed day of pampering. Everyone was so kind!! I was offered something to drink immediately and Haylee was very accommodating with my needs (I am very picky!). Overall I am very happy with my haircut/color and the entire experience.

This is the best salon I have ever been too! Growing up I went to the old salon in the same location and it is amazing to see how Bridget transformed the place to make it so comfortable, welcoming, and fun!! I have been getting my hair done by Haylee and every time I come she knows exactly what I'm looking for without me even telling her. I'm amazed by the talent in this studio! They are always learning something new and excited to try it out on their clients. I love looking at their instagram accounts to see everyone else's hair!
