Tara's Beauty Studio

I have been going to my hair dresser (Jenn) for 10+ years and she recently moved to this location! Tara's is conveniently located on the Silas Deane highway in the same plaza as Dunkin Donuts (because we know coffee is necessary). The salon is decorated very nicely and even has a "selfie corner" so we can all show off our new styles. I highly recommend Tara's salon and especially Jenn!

It took me a long time to find a hair dresser that I felt did exactly what I wanted with my hair and would "nail it" every time. I found my girl at Tara's! I see Amie and she's incredible at what she does. I've been seeing her for almost a year now. She brought my hair from a dull brown to an icy blonde, which I sported for half the year, and now that it's winter, I went auburn/red. I booked my appointment about a month in advance for the week I was going to be visiting CT because I've been waiting forever for Andrea to do my hair. We talked about what I was looking for and how much I'm willing/able to maintain colors and styles, and Andrea was very transparent about what my best options would be, and I was so happy with the outcome.
While I was there, Andrea also color matched me for extensions, and they came in so fast! She ordered them late on Wednesday after my appointment and had time to place them on Saturday afternoon. I've had tape-in extensions twice

Got my hair and makeup done for my bridal shower and it was the best decision I've made not having to worry about doing it myself! Andrea did an amazing job! Will be going back for any event I have!

Just got my hair cut and colored with Andrea and she is AN AMAZING JOB! The color is exactly what I wanted (but didn't know how to put words to) and the cut is perfect for my hair.

I've been on the hunt for a new hairdresser, and I think I finally found one! I had my company xmas party a few weeks ago and made an appointment with Rebecca, and she was totally awesome. Did exactly what I was looking for, and she's awesome with curly hair (which I have a lot of). Very cute beauty studio, and all the hairdressers seem very nice and friendly. Well lit and well decorated, I'll be back for sure!

Followed my favorite hairdresser here (Jen C). Love the salon, really clean and bright! Love the decor and style of the place too. Staff and owner are very friendly and super helpful.

I love Nicole - I followed her here from another salon. Tara's is easy to get to, and everyone I've spoken to there has been friendly and kind. I need to try and re-schedule an appointment for an earlier time and they really went out of their way to accommodate me. Highly recommend.

Tara and Nicole from Tara's Beauty studio did the hair and makeup for my wedding. They were great to work with from the beginning and were quick to respond to questions. Both of them are incredibly friendly and nice. Prices are reasonable and they are flexible with appointment times for trials.

I am so lucky to have been introduced to Tara and her team! Shelby is a magician when it comes to cutting and styling my thick, course hair! I have never had an updo last me all night, even with dancing, hugging and everything else, my hair did not budge all night! When planning for my wedding, Tara and Shelby were always quick to respond and very helpful with determining timing for the day. My trials for both hair and makeup were perfect, and Shelby was even able to schedule me for a cut and blow out before my rehearsal dinner!
