Working with insurance companies can be frustrating. Home Medical Supply has dropped all insurance company participation contracts to focus on you the customer and your needs. Caring for someone to help then remain safely at home requires information and even training in some cases. See our free guide that can help make any home instantly safer with little or no cost.

Compression stockings come in many sizes & styles and are often specifically prescribed. If you're in need, especially before a medical procedure, visit us as soon as possible for personal service. From basic models to those with all the bells & whistles, a Seat Lift Chair can make recuperation and aging in place safer and more convenient.

They said they needed a copy of my drivers license to buy supplies from them. REALLY? Why? So much for shopping local and supporting a small business. The place I went to in Erie County did not need my ID.

To have your delivery person:
1) arrive in a white unmarked van
2) not wear a uniform, but show up in a black hoodie with the hood up
3) open my screen door, and immediately try the handle to enter the house
4) go next door and do the same thing
Is very, very poor business etiquette. There are home invasions in this area all over the news this week. Why would an elderly person open their door when they aren't expecting a delivery, AND when they see something like that? They should call 911. And we did. Do something to keep this from happening to others.
