The firm handles various matters including elder law, Medicaid planning and eligibility issues, individual and pooled trusts, disability planning, s, wills trusts, powers of attorney, health care advance directives, estate and trust administration, guardianships and estate planning. In addition the firm specializes in assisting personal injury attorneys in preserving benefits and assets for their clients.
The fees listed below are for the most common types of planning that our office provides. More complex situations may require higher fees or billing on an hourly rate. Guardianship cases are typically billed on an hourly basis. Probate cases may be billed as a flat rate, percentage, or on an hourly basis depending on the dynamics.

The purpose of Florida Medicaid is to provide medical coverage to low-income individuals and their families. The costs of the program are shared between the State and Federal governments. Medicaid services in Florida are administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration. However, eligibility is determined by the Department of Children and Families.

We needed an expert in elder law to help my Mom with items like power of attorney, living will, etc. and had no idea where to start. Dan Parri was referred to us, and I cannot say enough nice things about him!
He drove from St. Pete to Tampa twice; once to meet with Mom in person and once to bring her the documents to sign. He even checked with his contact in the Pinellas VA office about Mom's denied VA pension application and helped figure out what we did wrong, as well as gave us the info for Hillsborough County so we can appeal.
Dollars and cents: He was EXTREMELY affordable.

Mr. Parri prepared an estate plans for my parents. Unfortunately my father got sick shortly after, but Mr. Parri was very helpful to the family in navigating answering any questions we had. He also handled my father’s probate. I’ve always heard nightmares about probate from people, but he made the probate process much easier than I expected. I am happy that I can rely on Mr. Parri’s advice as other issues arise in our family and would definitely recommend this firm!

I've known Dan for several years.
