Attorney Donald F. Tinny is a Clearwater native, growing up in the area. He graduated from Clearwater High School, the first stop on his road to academic excellence. He went on to attend the University of Florida for his undergraduate degree. While at the University, he played football and was a three-year varsity athlete.
As one of the founders of Tinny, Meyer & Piccarreto, P.A., Kevin J. Piccarreto is dedicated to protecting the rights of his clients during stressful situations. He attended the State University of New York, where he graduated magna cum laude with a sociology degree in 1995. He went on to earn his Doctor of Jurrisprudence degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1998, cum laude.

Kevin Piccarreto was my attorney, and he did a great job listening to my case and making sure that the charge against me was dismissed. He listened to my side and in a matter of weeks Mr. Piccarreto had the situation all cleared up. My case was dismissed and done.

The attorneys and their staff are terrific. They have helped me with several cases the past few years including my recent divorce and domestic violence injunction that I filed. Awesome Attorneys!! Hired Mr. Piccarreto and his office to handle my divorce after my original attorney dropped the ball. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have went to his office first. Being an active duty military member stationed outside of Florida, we had a lengthy initial phone consultation (which when I called...he personally answered the phone when the receptionist was at lunch). My case was assigned to Piccarreto. I was told in my initial meeting that he was an aggressive lawyer and would get me results with my child support case. Almost 2 years later and I am still nowhere. I never felt like he was ever prepared for court, the judge would ask him a question and he would turn to me for the answer. It was simple stuff too, if he actually read my file and not the 10 minutes before us walking into the courtroom he would know the answer. He did not FIGHT for me and my children. The Judge was an absolute JOKE and gave my children’s father the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM for him

I worked with Kevin Piccarreto on my misdemeanor case and after one phone call and a meeting in his office he was able to get the charge dismissed without my having to appear in any court or hearing.
