Barbara relocated to Florida in 1983 and joined our firm in 1993 with previous banking experience. She enjoys traveling and lives in Clearwater with her husband, David. Sue moved to Florida from Massachusetts in 1991 and joined our firm in 1993 for several years, left and then returned in 2000. She claims to be semi-retired now.

I have been using this Law Firm for years, specifically John Simms. While going through a divorce is never easy, as I learned, they can be very ugly. I had two other divorce attorneys prior to finding Mr. Simms and they made a bad situation, worse! I waited for quite a while to write this rating. And I will be holding many things back. 1st Mr Simms seemed more interested in the woman involved in the case then the child being with a dad that loved his kid. He Especially gaulked at the attorney of my daughters mom. Never did any background checking on What the mother of my child lied about. Especially drs!! Never asked the drs or ckd with any other drs to get 2nd opinions. I Wasn't granted to bring my daughter to any other drs. It was so unprofessional. I feel bad for any man that has this man for his childs guardian. He is anything but a guardian
