Sanjay and Michael are an incredible team. We got an amazing rate and a loan processed in record time. Yes, when you hire them they may not be as communicative but that is because they are doing the WORK! They also totally come through and will not leave you hanging- at least that was our experience! Again, they truly gave us an unbeatable rate and in record time. Would highly recommend them!

Very unresponsive and frustrating when trying to get information and updates on closing of our escrow. Dhaval Velani is just leaving us hanging and not responding to us or any of the agents, borrowers, sellers, escrow people....it's been crickets for days now. I do not and will not recommend this company to anyone. I am so frustrated I'm about to camp outside their offices with a large woofer to see if maybe that might get their attention.

Excellent mortgage company. I have used them both personally and professionally to finance new purchases as well as refinance existing properties. The staff are consistently friendly, efficient and always have a positive disposition. As a company, they set high but realistic goals and have always provided below average interest rates. Their relentless work ethic sets them apart from other competitors. Highly recommend Intelty whether you are a first time home buyer, seasoned investor or business owner.

Can't process a basic refinancing. . Lack basic business and communication skills - how can you not know the difference between a jumbo and conforming loan?

I am a realtor and unfortunately took an offer with this lender as the buyer's lender. HORRIBLE at communicating, HORRIBLE at customer service and they didn't close on time. Michael and Sanjay are incredibly rude and not helpful. I asked what the hold up was on loan docs being 3 days late already, and Michael's answer was " today or tomorrow" asked again to explain the delay his answer " I already answered the question, today or tomorrow" They have been saying that for 3 days. They will work countless hours to make sure that everything goes smoothly and get you approved. I have done 2 houses through them will also do business in the future. I purchased my home last year, and Intelty was able to get me a rate without paying the PMI. Although my rate was higher, I didn't have to pay the PMI and at the end I was able to refinance through them to lower my interest rate.
