Danny Macavei assisted me in my VA loan refi and really helped me out a lot by reducing my payment by over $200 after the 6 months waiting period after I bought my condo. Honestly, this was an amazing experience. I was shopping around for rates and spoke with Danny about a new purchase. He recomended that I stick with the home builder and just refinance after buying the home. This is because the builders lender would give me a incentive for going with their lender. He gave me really great advice. Thank you Danny!

Danny at Candor Mortgage helped me with my loan. His rates were the best around, his fees were competitive because of how he has structured his company. BUT at the end of the day what he really should get credit for is his knowledge of how to best serve you! His experience literally saved our loan when the IRS took FOREVER to get our tax transcripts back to us. So yes his fees & rates are great, but his knowledge, customer service & experience make him a person I will be using for all my loans.

Selecting Danny as our Mortgage Broker was one of the best decisions my wife and I have ever made. As first time home buyers we were not familiar with the process. Danny made everything extremely simple and took our concerns/ fears away.
When escrow closed we met with the Escrow Company to sign the last documents. The escrow company (not affiliated with Danny) mentioned that they have never worked with a better broker than Danny. You could tell they were being honest, they loved working with Danny as much as we did.

I recently refinanced my mortgage to combine my mortgages and lower my mortgage payment. After shopping around, I decided on Candor Mortgage because they had the best offer. Everything went smooth and easy. I only talked to one person from start to finish which is nice compared to previous refinance loans I have done. We refinanced our mortgage with Candor Mortgage to remove PMI on our home loan, we got an amazing interest rate and were successful in removed our PMI which also helped us reduce the loan to a 20 year. Everything was very fast and smooth. Candors process was easy compared to the process that other companies make you do when shopping around. What I liked the most was that things didn't change from start to finish which happened in my last loan.
