Dr. Faler has completed intensive training in Laser Periodontal Therapy and offers this treatment using the World's first digital dental laser-the Periolase MVP-7. This laser was specifically designed for treating gum (periodontal) disease. This addition makes it possible for us to effectively treat gum disease problems and establish ideal conditions for healing the gums around teeth that have periodontal pockets, right in our office.

I have been going to Eagles Landing Periodontics for several years, rotating with my regular dentist. The office and treatment rooms are clean and sanitary. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and professional. They explain everything along the way and make sure you are comfortable and pain free. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Had to have a procedure done involving a laser. Felt like a wreck when I got there. Was given sunglasses and a plastic squishy ball. Brilliant! Started thinking about being on the beach. I was given numbing gel before my injections, so all I felt were 2 little pinches. Dr. Faler told me what was happening every step of the way… you will be hearing tapping, you will be feeling water, you will hear some grinding, you will be feeling a vibration. So, it was not scary at all or uncomfortable at all. And, it was all over with in less than 20 minutes. I had gotten nervous for nothing. Dr. Faler also

Pros--very clean and nice place.
-They were able to get me in right after i called.
-Phone call was pleasant.
-The assistants were all nice and cordial ,greeting me ,well received on walking in.
-Within 5 miles from my home.
nothing majorly negative to report
Here are the things that stopped me from choosing this practice.
-The bedside manor was not good. She had gloves on but scratched me with nails or a poke on her fingers at the start.
-She didn't tell me what she was going to do.She pulled out the tool to check my teeth and it was painful and just jumped right into poking.

Was told that my daughter would have everything done that we spoke about and agreed on when we did the payment plan back in August only to find out three days before surgery that they will not be able to do everything. I was just getting out of the hospital and I was explaining to them that I had just got out the hospital and I was just trying to take care of everything as agreed but the young lady didn’t have a care or concern in the world. The young lady Chrissy was not trying to be UNDERSTANDING at all. Whenever they set my daughter appointment to get the other procedure done I would never

Absolute worst Patient care.
Was referred there for a cracked tooth extraction. Had appointment with Dr. Faler but I saw Larry Sweeting. The referring Dentist office made the appointment for me and explained the circumstances to Faler's office staff before the appointment. The referring Dentist also forwarded ex-ray's and my information.
After… reexplaining to an assistant, Larry Sweeting comes in and I had to re-reexplain that I had a cracked tooth. First off he had to ask the assistant how to turn the exam light on....then he clanks a dental instrument on my front teeth trying to examine
