They did an okay job with my nails I had to clean them up myself. The pedicure was the most painful I’ve ever had the guy clipped too far down to the cuticle of my nail and I actually now have a scab none of the dead skin is off my feet I will not be going back the water wasn’t even warm it was cold. I got a gel pedicure and he messed up one of my toes more than once because he kept placing the cure lamp on my foot on the toe

The guy who did my nails has a bad attitude and couldn’t understand what I asked for then tried to talk me into not getting the color I wanted because he didn’t know how to paint the light colored gel polish. He had someone else do it and acted annoyed with me. When I came in I had to ask for color examples and he didn’t give me any. No one gave me any knowing I was a new customer. I saw them give other ladies nails to look at while they waited. So because I didn’t look like their other customers I was treated differently. I left feeling unwelcomed and disappointed.

I am making a Yelp account just so I can leave this review. I am never the type to go out of my way to complain or do this but I would NEVER go here again or recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment at 2:30 they didn't actually begin doing my nails until 3:30 and had me sitting in a chair with my feet in cold water. By the time they start, multiple people were doing my toes switching off and it wasn't enjoyable at all. The pedicure took over an hour and a half and It looked like my 2 year old niece painted my toes. They were suppose to do my acrylic set, but at this point

RACIST. ZERO STARS. I picked a design that was on display for SNS. ANNA did a horrible job! Could not do the design they had displayed and she messed up my cuticles. When I told her I was not happy she got a major attitude. I said it was okay and to just do a solid color she refused told me I was TOO PICKY and said I could go elsewhere. I said okay and ask her to take it off. When I stood up and started getting my things she began to raise her voice at me saying I needed to pay. I told her of course I would pay for the pedicure. She then said I had to also pay for my nails that she didn't finish

They did a great job. I came in without an appointment last minute because I had a free afternoon without my kids. They were able to get me in even though they were busy. Multiple people came in that were regulars and also lots of walk in appointments also. Staff was very friendly and they did an awesome job on my pedicure and gel manicure. I don't get my nails done often, but when I do I will definitely be back.

I live in Scottsdale but came here with my sister because it's right down the street from her house. I am very VERY particular when it comes to my mani+pedi's and rarely stray away from my spa. I was extremely impressed by Anna nails. They had wonderful hospitality, a great sense of humor, and were warm and welcoming with fair pricing. Nancy was very dedicated to my pedicure, which I pay close attention to, and also did a great job waxing my brows (which I usually away from at nail salons but was on a time crunch.) I would definitely return here, and have nothing but great things to say

The staff was very nice to me and accommodating to me coming in as a walk in thirty minutes to closing time, so that's why two stars instead of one but I am giving low stars primarily for the service quality and hygiene. The nail filer used on me was not new and after my finger cuticles were cut and fingers sitting in water, they emptied the cuticles into the cup where my fingers were so the dirty cuticles were sitting in the cup while my fingers soakedThe cuticle oil was placed at th end so cutting the cuticles was fairly dry so my cuticles bled. They were overly aggressive with cuticles

I've been here multiple times and always have a good experience. Wait times can be moderately long if it's a busy day, but more often than not I walk in with no appointment and they can see me right away. Try to get one of the men to do your pedicures, they give much better massages!

My friend really enjoyed this place, so we had a spa day to get our nails done. They did a wonderful job on my friend but didn't do very well on my nails. The shape is extremely sloppy (which cost an extra $5), the polish is not evenly distributed, and they didn't go to the top with the polish. When I asked to get them redone while I was at the salon, I was rudely told that they were fine. I called the manager (who I don't believe was the actual manager) and was rudely told that I could not get them redone for a discounted price (when it should be FREE!).

I've recently started going to this nail place off and on for almost a year now. My husband usually gets his hair cut next door and I would get my typical gel nails done. I don't have a place I'm loyal to, but I usually keep coming back here!
First and foremost the reason for my 5 star is that they typically deliver what I ask, which is a simple gel nail manicure that is suppose to last 2 weeks.
Other places that I've gone to no matter how nice and courteous they were or how much free water I got I always became disappointed when my gel nails would suddenly peel after 3

Anna or her husband John usually do my fills and I always make an appointment. I never wait more than 5 to 10 minutes for them to finish up the previous customer. Most of the time I never wait at all. I also get my pedicure at Anna's and never request anyone , so I have had almost everyone do my pedicures over the years. I always get a design on my big toes and they do an excellent job .I usually let them choose which design they want to do.
They have long time nail techs working here ,so that says something about

Terrible service. Appointments don't matter because we were there 5 minutes early and still had to wait 30 minutes before we were helped.
The equipment they use to do the nails didn't seem sanitary. They were grabbing things from everywhere and nothing was organized.
The guy who did my nails was very rough and cut my cuticles to where they bled. His painting skills were a little sloppy and he had to re-do things. The end result wasn't bad but the experience was not pleasant.
Very disappointed and won't be returning.
Price: $25 gel manicure
