It was my first time being here, and Jennie/Jenny took care of me. She was very friendly, and she even restarted a whole TV show from the first episode so that I will be kept entertained. The place was spotless and well decorated. They have a large selection of colors. She was detailed oriented and my nails came out very pretty and exactly what I asked her for. I think I just found my regular nail salon. Thank you very much, ladies! I will definitely be back

I have been going to this establishment (NAIL En-V) for two months now consistently, the owner and her co-worker works diligently, professionally to accomodate your needs in spite of minimal staffing, I continue to go because I like the atmosphere, attitude, being pampered, relaxing and never being in a hurry. I have not had to complain about my nails, pedicure or my eyebrows my experience has been perfectly awesome.

I decided to try this nail salon based on the reviews here. When I walked in for an 11am mani and pedi, I already knew we were off to a not so great start. There were 2 employees and 2 people being worked on and neither were done. I was asked if they could help me and told them I had an appointment. They asked me what I wanted and I started to explain.
I get moved to a pedi chair, never once given a book to choose colors. The guy works on me and while he was nice I thought the questions he asked like keep toe nails long and if I wanted to keep the color I had were clearly not needed.

Went to get a full set and pedicure. My appointment was for 3pm, had to wait 10mins to be seen. No big deal, but there were only 3 people working (2 of which could only do acrylic) I was in the salon for 3 hours because the tech that was doing my nails was switching between me and 2 other people. Finally a 3rd tech showed up about 2 hours into me being there and took over my nails. One finger came out crooked and the rest were so thin 2 nails broke within a week. They overcharge and their work is mediocre at best. I would NOT recommend.

So I went to this salon by a quick google search and it had pretty good reviews so I booked an appointment for a fill in. When I walked in there were only two employees, the lady was busy so the man had to do my nails. I knew it would be a disaster when he didn't know how to file my nails to an almond shape, he kept using the file and when he told me to wash my nails I noticed that my ring finger was a totally different size than the rest of my nails. It's been a while since I had a manicure. I've been searching for a nail salon since I recently moved to the area. My mother-in-law recommended I make a reservation here since it's super close by. I went ahead and called in to made an appointment. When my mother-in-law and I arrived, we were greeted by the staff, and the sound of the door chimes. The establishment is very bright and clean. Visited here on a whim and had THE BEST SERVICE EVER. Elizabeth introduced me to SNS Dip Nails for my fingernails and toenails. Totally transformative! Although I live in Chicago, I will be back to see her. I love how my nails look. Professionalism and wonderful customer service. Do yourself a favor and check out Nail En-V!

I made an appointment for a fill, pedi and brow wax. I had coffin shaped nails, but she ended up re-shaping them to a skinny square shape that I didn't ask for. While I was there they took on 2 more clients which caused her to run behind, when I asked if she could still do my brows she told me she didn't have time and asked me to come another day. They're closed on Tuesdays so I told her I'd have to go somewhere else. She said she would do them right before I went to pay, but I could tell she was frustrated rushing which caused my brows to be uneven smh.

I love this place!!!! Jenny is the absolute best. I started coming here around covid time. I'm from long beach but visit AZ often. I had been looking for a nail shop as I am new to the area. I found this nailshop and made an appointment. When I came in I was greeted by the owner and she was already on top of everything. She knew who I was and asked me to sign in. Her establishment is beautiful and nice and clean. Jenny makes you feel cozy from the moment you walk in. I got the Delux spa pedicure package. When I say her work is amazing I mean it. My pedicure lasted almost a month and some weeks

This is my favorite nail spa, not only bc they do an excellent job but bc the salon is bright, clean, and everyone is so welcoming. today, i had the pleasure of having Elizabeth do my powder extensions. They are the best I've seen. she is so meticulous and precise, making sure each nail is symmetrical and even. and she did a beautiful pink ombré. it's a lot further from me than other nail spas, but it's well worth the extra 15min drive. i won't go anywhere else!

Although my nails still look great, 2 have fallen off. I haven't done anything that would contribute to my nails breaking. Im not happy about that so I'll be reaching out to the shop to make them aware of the situation.

The worst nails salon I have ever been to. I read the reviews saw mostly great reviews so why not checked it out. First of all, my nail tech lady wasn't friendly at all. She started snapping at me as to why I was indecisive whether I wanted to get a manicure or not. She did my pedicure and the nice gentleman did my manicure. Let's just say I'll not be going back!

My first time there, I had a bit a problem with my nails because of the last place I went to. I was a little nervous about what would happen but Jessica is a nail goddess! I am so blessed to have found her! She is my new nail tech for life! She is thoughtful and kind, she listens to what it is you want and she has your best interest in mind. She also knows her nails!

I went in for a fill on my acrylics and had an okay visit. The only thing that really redeemed this place for me was the girl who finished my nails Emily. She was great and paid attention to detail on my nails. But when I first got there a different girl prepped my nails and she sliced three of my fingers with her drill. I'm not sure if she was just inexperienced or what but it was very painful and still is 3 days later
