Greetings Bright body Family / to those who are looking to lose weight the healthy way. I've been a member since 12/21/2021. I've got the vitamin shot B12 once a week along with the apitizer suppressant and Vitamin D shot. I had a conference with the doctor and discussed about each eating plans. I am very happy with my plan as well as my results. I also have (vitiligo) a skin condition that is dealing with my immune system. I’ve started my weight loss journey with Bright Body clinic in March 2021 and I’ve lost 61 pounds so far!! Dr. Stoop and Dr. Camp are both Amazing and very professional. This was the best decision I’ve made so far this year, they’re really supportive and have given me all the tools needed to help me reach my weight loss goals. Let's start with the staff. Ronda is great! She is always trying to help with schedules and will also give you many tips on how to succeed with their program. Tara is very patient and will guide you throughout the program in order for you to succeed.

Absolutely the best diet I have done so far. Follow the simple steps and for sure you'll loose the desired weight. Just be sure to add 30 minutes of exercise a day.
Results:
I did a 60 day program and worked great. Started last March with 233lbs. On April 14 I was exactly 211lbs. It was a big loss for sure in a month but

I’m so happy I made the decision to come here . I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life . I was seriously thinking of weight loss surgery . I was able to come in here and for the first time I am loosing weight . The first week I lost 10 pounds following the program and here it’s now my 4th week and I lost 24pounds !! In for weeks 24pounds I’m so excited to keep going and I might not need weight loss surgery after all!! Just by loosing 24 pounds I sleep better and feel so much better . Excellent service. The ND doctor Tara Stoop is very knowledgeable and informative. She really took her time to listen to my concerns and direct me. She was so genuine and I hope to see more doctors like her. The lovely person at the front desk also did my D3 shots, she was so accommodating and helpful to go through and explain the procedure. The program works! I lost 34 pounds in 4 months time and have not felt deprived. I have not used appetite suppressants but the B shots help a lot with hunger pangs. Also- the physicians tailor the program to each individual's likes and dislikes and particular food issues. In addition, they take into consideration your individual health concerns and help address the whole person and not just the weight. I am sleeping better and have more energy and feel more in control. Finally, cannot overlook nurse practitioner Rhonda - who is just adorable and very relatable. She is kind and suppportjve

From a guy's standpoint I always feel weird going into these weight loss clinics. Especially a guy that's over the 300-pound range. The staff is exceptional they're friendly and knowledgeable and don't talk down to you period in my first week I lost 3 lb which doesn't sound like a lot but I look forward to this journey with this wonderful group of people. I started the weight loss clinic 3 months ago and have loss 10lbs. The staff here are very encouraging even when I put 2lbs back on, all my fault. Rhonda is so helpful in explaining the B12, lipolean shots and which foods are good for you, I love all types of food. I would recommend SanFran Skinny if you are ready to put the work in. I have had a great experience with San Fran Skinny. I have lost a total of 38 pounds, since I started in November of last year. The people there are friendly and very accommodating. They are very informative and helpful in your journey to lose weight, and can give you helpful info on how to keep it off. Any questions you have they will gladly answer them. I found them from the Marketplace Magazine. Thought that I would give it a try. The staff and doctors are fantastic. It's good to see a breakdown of body fat, water, etc. You just cannot get this service many places. I'm really glad that I found it. I got great information, and I'm not a beginner with health and wellness. Looking forward to continuing on the program, with the B12 shots. Very caring staff.

I came back a second week to get a weigh-in. While I was waiting in the lobby, the girl that works front desk answered the phone and sounded that she was being asked a bunch of questions and rolled her eyes at the person on the phone and made faces. I had brought my husband because I wanted him to join too...so we both were watching this.

Let me first say that I am a unique case. I'm very petite in stature (4'7) and weigh 98lbs, which for me is 8lbs overweight.
Since I turned 47 this year, maintaining my ideal weight has been a struggle. Despite my efforts in eating clean and working out. I came in to get a jump start on my weight loss and to see if I could reset my metabolism.

I am so impressed. Dr. Morgan was incredible. This was not just a weight loss consultation, but a holistic health and wellness partnership. He asked so many questions about all aspects of my health to really address the root of what needed to be addressed, and developing a custom plan for optimum health. We dove into thyroid, fertility, energy, diet, exercise, libido, etc. Weight loss was icing on the cake. His depth of knowledge was excellent, and we discovered critical health considerations that I hadn't with other doctors. I am very appreciative and feel great.

5 Stars for this innovative weight loss center in El Cerrito! It is new and I went in not knowing much about them, but they told me that if I came in and then decided to not get the meds, then I would not be charged for the visit, so I had nothing to lose!
