First time customer today. My gaming pc was not booting up and I tried to troubleshoot the issue myself to no avail. I found this store and I brought my pc in. My whole experience was very professional and very quick. Great customer service and very fast at an affordable price!
Took my phone in for repairs after water damage broke the charging port. They were very friendly and helpful. I had to wait a day so they could order the necessary part, but when I brought my phone back they got it fixed in just a hour! Definitely will go back if I have any other problems and recommend them to anybody having tech problems!

I took my phone in for a badly cracked screen. This was pre-COVID-19 shelter-in-place directives. I would return and take in any future phone that needs repair. The turnaround time was very good; the customer service was excellent. When I explained that I had to leave the area for the day and I would aim to get back by closing time, but it would be tight, Moha told me to just get back when I could. I made it back shortly before closing. Knowing that he would wait for me if I ran a few minutes late really removed the stress I would have otherwise felt driving in back in traffic.

My son managed to break the front and back glass screens for an iPhone XR and PC Mobile was able to repair both for the best price in the area!! They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I brought my iPhone 6S plus in with a completely shattered screen and they were able to repair it in 30mins and my phone looks like new. Convenient location right in the lansdowne center near Harris Teeter. It was a great customer experience. I was greeted promptly no appointment was necessary. They honored the Groupon pricing. Most vendors will honor Groupon pricing without you having to purchase through Groupon. Overall a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They also give a 6 month warranty on the work.

They fixed what others said could not be done! Thank god for Hassan, Raul, Elliott, and the rest of the tesm! When my hard drive was corrupted with "ransomeware" and all my files from work were on there, I thought the files were lost forever - especially since I could not pay the $1000 "ransom" to unlock it. The team at PC MOBILE made me feel at ease and assured me they could get my files back - and they did!! AND was a fraction of what I thought they would charge - thanks guys!!!!!!
