Dr. Truong and the staff at Rainbow Medical Center believe that the well-being and happiness of each child are the seeds of happiness for each family and our society. Dr. Truong is a board-certified pediatrician in the Bay Area. Dr. Truong received his bachelor degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at the University of California-San Diego.
He then attended medical school at Touro University - College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2006. After medical school, he received his residency training in pediatric medicine at Oklahoma State University Medical Center and St. Francis Children Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Truong finished his pediatric residency in 2009 and worked at Pacific Coast Pediatrics and Watsonville Community Hospital in Watsonville, California until 2015.

Love love love Dr Truong. My daughter just turned 8 months old and I just switched to Dr. Truong from a different doctor who I did not like very much. Dr. Truong sat with me for almost an hour asking information about my baby and explaining different reasons for why she had a horrible diaper rash. My other doctor just asked me to send a photo and would send in a prescription to the pharmacy, and never took the time to actually sit with me, a new mother, and explain different things.
