These specially designed and patented arch products provide support and comfort to all shoe styles in your entire shoe wardrobe and prevent foot fatigue, tired legs and low back problems.
Instant Arches for boots allows you to wear any style or heel height and experience instant support in your arch. They will change a flat boot into a boot with great arch support eliminating any arch cramping or muscle fatigue you may feel when standing for long periods of time on hard floor surfaces.
I like your instant arches. I have a near flat foot and most dress shoes give me problems and pain. I have been able to wear one pair of dress shoes with your instant arches instead of giving them away, brand new. Also, I have put them on a pair of sandals, and the instant arches make these sandals so much more comfortable.
Foot problems can start at an early age and the sooner you recognize that your child may need arch supports the faster their feet / arches will be supported. Most pre-teen and teens shoes do not have adequate arch support. Your kids will complain that their feet hurt or they get tired after a long day of running around.
Position Instant Arches(R) flat, 1/2 against the sock lining of the shoe and 1/2 against the side wall of the shoe. Point the wide part of the Arch towards the toe area and the narrow end toward the heel. Lightly mark location if desired. Remove 1/2 the paper backing to expose adhesive. Place Arch in proper location.
