I come in each season and buy items from this store. I have purchased furniture, bedding, decor, etc. I was there today and the woman behind the counter wouldn't check me out and tried to check the person behind me out after I had stood there and waited. I asked to go first and the worker said she wouls help the person behind me. When I asked why she said "sorry" in a snotty tone but still didn't offer to check me out. I left my items on the counter and walked out. What a shame to habe such rude workers.

This store has terrible customer service and an even worse return policy. I used to like it but I have had nothing but negative experiences my last few visits and will not be returning. Defective products out of the box (multiple times) and a 2 week return policy is a joke. I understand not being able to do returns but I've never heard of a business that won't offer store credit or an exchange after 2 weeks. I live in West Seattle and it's over an hr drive... I have 2 small children and we are in the middle of a global pandemic and just had an unprecedented heat wave... I shop home

The products are cute but the customer service is not. My sister in law & I walked in and were not greeted, even though one of the employees saw us walk in. No one asked if we needed assistance, but they did ask I wanted to leave the one item I had in my hand up at the counter.. The staff is not friendly or welcoming.
