Central Bar + Restaurant or "Central" as regulars call us, is a large, open restaurant designed to entertain. One of my favorite haunts in Bellevue! Food, drinks, service and vibe are all spot on. The one nitpick I have is that you have to provide a credit card upon reservation on their website, and there is a charge to cancel the reservation within two hours. It's very uncommon for this area although I understand it exists in other places. But aside from that, I love it!

Absolutely incredible. We came for dinner before snowflake lane, and the service, food, and drinks were quick and delicious. Everyone was so kind and helpful and everything was so delicious that we ended up returning right after the parade!! We found this place after two rough experiences with Earls, highly highly recommend. Worth every penny.

We were a little late to our reservation but when I called they were very understanding and advised they would hold our table. We got a nice cozy patio table. The menu has plenty of options. Whimsical atmosphere and very friendly staff.
The only complaint I would have is we both got breakfast potatoes with our meals but they were definitely not your typical breakfast potatoes. Some were almost a 1/4 of a potato with little seasoning or cooked very well. They were almost cold. Otherwise a decent brunch, might not possibly be this kitchens main focus since it's under a hotel.
