Park Plaza is the best complex that I ever leaved on,they always take care every request on timly manner,they respond very quickly for every need, The team is always friendly and helpful , Especially Yvonne . We have lived here 1.5 years.. My kids love the pools here! They are always clean and truly fun to enjoy during hot days, the back pool even has gas grills that we really enjoy using while we swim! The gym is also great, the staff is even better! Yvonne has always gone above and beyond since day 1, she made sure that we were happy with our place and made the move in process smooth and easy. The staff and maintenance team is always very attentive. Whenever we have called in any issues with our apartment, the maintenance team has always been swift and friendly to solve it. We can’t complain about

Just moved out after almost 4 years. This is a great place to live in. Never had any issues with anyone. The office crew is awesome. Every time I called and request any maintenance. They were very friendly and always prompt to come fix the problems. I want to thank Yvonne and Tac they were always very friendly. Sad to move out since I bought a house but if I ever need to rent. I wouldn't hesitate to move back. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

After 10 years of living at Park Plaza, we had to leave as we bought our own townhouse. Tac was the first one we met when we signed up and Tac was the one we had our final walk-through. He's awesome and is very responsive to our every need. He accommodated to our need when we had to move from an upstairs to a downstairs unit due to my husband's health condition. We could not say anything negative about the rest of the management office as well as the maintenance team either. We surely will miss living here especially with the accessibility of the location to the Performing Arts where my husband
