The almost an hour and a half. Would have been fine had the dental assistant not been rude. She started off polite until right before the dentist came in. She tried to take a picture of inside of my mouth when I made a little sound of pain and jumped a little from pain. She then rips the camera out of my mouth and tells the dentist that I couldn’t stay still and there’s no way she could get the picture, not once asking me to stay completely still and only attempting 1 time. I then told her that I would try again. The second time worked of course. After that she kept answering every question

They do not respect your time at all. They double book patients so that they can maximize their billings. I went in for a cleaning and a filling. After being there for an hour and 15 minutes, we had only done a cleaning. When I told them I was going to have to leave, I was told I should expect the appointments to be an hour and a half. Being that I hadn't even been numbed yet, there is no way they could have finished what needed to be done in an additional 15 minutes. ALL employees—those upfront, hygienists/dental assistants, and Dr Phung are wonderfully friendly and open, while maintaining efficiency and professionalism. I rarely have to wait for more than 10 minutes to be taken to the dentist chair, begin the process, and then very little time to see Dr Phung.
And another plus, very important to me, is the cleanliness of the entire office.

Great office. Super friendly staff. Always willing to try and accommodate you when your life gets complicated and you need to switch things around from your scheduled appointment date. The referral program is great and I just had the opportunity to use it. Both my friend and I got a discount. Very awesome. I highly recommend.

Before I even got there they kept in contact with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Everyone there is always super sweet and they treat you like a real person, not just someone to give them money. They remember my daughters and always love it when they’re sitting with me, which completely removes the stress I have to bring them sometimes. I can’t give them enough praise on their speed and thorough job as well. I’ve droned on long enough though. In short, I’ve gone multiple times with consistent great service. You should give them and see what they can do.

My wife has been waiting over 5 weeks to get her permanent crowns in, THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO ONLY BE 2 WEEKS! Every week is another call, from either them or , because neither of them can communicate with each other. Instead she has to keep making the calls (which is super helpful since she doesn’t specialize in dental) back and forth. It’s gone on way too long and she is having to be put on the back burner instead of them making it right and getting this done. If she didn’t already have half the work done we wouldn’t be going back.

I literally had to get clearance from my doctor because I’m diabetic I’ve never hear of this what so ever. I went there today in extreme pain and nothing was done this is the most horrible experience I’ve had. I’ve missed work and now in search of another dentist that doesn’t give me the run around and wanted to charge me over 600 to pull half of a tooth.

June 2021. Monya quoted my wife many very expensive treatments without an explanation that made her feel comfortable. My wife spent her own money to pay for X-rays and a consult from a different reputable dentist (without telling him in advance that he was 2nd to be seen). After a much different assessment, and Much more normal prices, my wife showed Monya’s diagnosis’s, to which the 2nd dentist went step by step and showed my wife why these treatments were not needed. Beware for overcharging and unnecessary treatments.

Agree with others reviews. This dentist diagnosed and quoted many, very expensive procedures and said that my wife needed them all. My wife was worried, plus not very good communication as to why and paid for he own initial consult with another reputable dentist (without his seeing or knowing of the previous dentist). Totally different diagnosis and then the new dentist showed all the reasons why Festus dentistry was doing unnecessary work. Beware.

This review is extremely overdue! But I just remembered I forgot to do it. It's probably been a couple years.
So I went here for years with my husband and son. Eventually I had a hairline crack on a tooth. I was told I needed a crown. Idiotically I got the crown thinking all was okay with my insurance. Apparently it wasn't and my insurance refused to pay stating the crown was unnecessary. I had to go to small claims court with my insurance company.
Several months later I was told I needed another crown due to another hairline crack in a different tooth. Mind you these cost $800+. So

I'll be transparent here, I didn't get past the front desk before I cancelled my appointment as a new patient so I cannot comment on how the rest of the staff conducts themselves. Front lady receptionist was nice, never met the doctor. I did however have the pleasure of meeting the hygienist, who made it clear she wasn't in the mood for answering questions or helping me understand their methods. She is the boss, she knows everything and you better not question her... in fact when I decided it wasn't best for this type of person to be working inside my mouth she pleasantly agreed

Hands down best dental office in town. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They offered same day appointment and took care of my dental needs immediately so I didn't need to reschedule. The dentist and hygienist listened to me and cares! They went over my treatment plan thoroughly and was flexible with payment options. My entire family comes here now.

If I could give less than one star I would. DO NOT GO HERE. They LIED to me telling me I needed 300 dollars worth of work done-and I found out by getting a second opinion from another dentist who cleaned the "stain" off for free. I had no other work done. I'm 36 and never had a cavity at all. They will offer cancer screenings that are not even needed and charge you out the butt. Your insurance won't pay for that so don't let them do it!! The new dentist I saw told me all the background on this place I ever need to know to never come back.

I went there twice for cleaning and maintenance. I was really impressed with the entire staff and the modern equipment they had. The scheduled appointment was nearly spot on and I barely waited to get checked in. Not that anyone would really be excited to go back to see the dentist, but in this case I don't mind. Quick, painless, friendly!

Dr. Phung has been courteous and on the first visit pinpointed some issues my previous office didn't catch. I asked a couple questions about my treatment, and she gave me succinct answers.
