I needed a quick appointment and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment quickly.
The staff and Dr O'Grady we're very pleasant.
The doctor explained things well and also presented options along with his recommendation. What really impressed me is when the doctor said he could do work that would be very costly but he recommended another option.
I recommend this dentist.

Been to Dr. O'Grady a couple times now, and he and his staff are great- Ali is a fantastic hygienist, and Dr. O'Grady is down to earth and very professional. They're managing the COVID environment extremely well.

My family and I have been using O'Grady and his dental team for ages! They are nothing but the most professional and passionate group of people. O'Grady himself is amazing and makes me feel comfortable during every visit. I make the drive from Berkeley because I refuse to switch! When Dr Sada retired, I was worried about having a new dentist. Dr O'Grady took over and after one visit I knew I was in good hands. He is very professional and takes time to listen and answer to questions. Very honest and never recommends a procedure that's not necessary. The office management team is also very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I drive from SF to my home town of Danville to see Dr. O'Grady (no small feat given our increasingly nightmarish Bay Area traffic;) Reasons being: He is an excellent dentist, he's honest and is a generally likable human being. He doesn't up-sell, which is huge for me coming from the city where everything is an up-sell. I see orthodontists and periodontists as well, requiring that Dr. O'Grady integrate with them - he has become a trusted voice of reason when navigating through their oftentimes conflicting recommendations. I went to Dr. O'Grady for a "second opinion" based on the high recommendations I saw on Yelp. I was thrilled to get the finest service from the "front office" and from the Doctor himself.

Dr O'Grady was able to fix a chip on my front lower crown and I was so happy. It was so small that it really didn't show but would bother me sometimes because I could feel it. At first I thought I would have to have the crown replaced but he said that was not necessary. I thought then that it was too small to do anything about but he was able to fix it. It feels so much better.
My husband actually chipped his two front teeth one day and didn't even know how. It apparently was just wear. Dr O'Grady was able to get him in the day after I noticed it and fixed them that same day. It was amazing. I

What a wonderful team. Dr. O'Grady is kind, caring and thoughtful in his overall approach to dental care. He has earned my trust and respect. His entire team is AMAZING. My dental cleaning today with Peggy was more like a massage! The whole experience was relaxing and I know I got a very thorough exam and cleaning. Dr. O'Grady and his team are in that elite group that make you feel they care about you. I recommend them with no reservations. Awesome.
