My mother's experience at Ivory Smiles has been a completely positive. Dr. Pooja Malik is very gentle and highly skilled. My mother is always impressed with how quick and easy the dental care has been. The office manager, Chris, is a gem. He took time to chat with my mother while she waited for us to pick her up. He is always helpful, responsive, and attentive. We are very pleased with the entire Ivory Smiles experience. Thank you Dr. Malik and Chris!

I am visiting California and I had enamel fall off of my front tooth.The front desk was able to squeeze me in the same day.Everyone who works at the office was friendly and professional.The dentist Pooja was great and was able to fix the problem.I would highly recommend being a patient at this office!

Exceptional service by Chris the receptionist, and Dr. Malik. She makes the dreaded dentist visit seem enjoyable and fearless. She is a true artist in her profession. After a long and arduous search, I've finally found a wonderful dentist. Dr. Malik and her staff have been everything I've hoped for. From Judy at the front desk and everyone else I was treated with kindness and respect.

I moved here recently and was looking for a new dentist. Since Dr. Malik was on the provider list and her yelp reviews were good I chose her. The appointment was for a cleaning, exam and X-rays. When I arrived I filled out the necessary paperwork and was called into the exam room by an assistant who told me she is still coughing following the flu she had last week. I asked if we could do the X-rays after my cleaning as I had only an hour before my next appointment. Dr. Malik came in and did a dental exam. I've been recommending this dentist to everyone I know around this area. Like many, I've always dreaded going to the dentist. I also have a very low tolerance to pain. Dr. Malik is the most kind, gentle, considerate, professional, thorough, and talented dentist I've been treated by or even heard of. I've been examined by another dentist and my verdict was several cavities that must be treated immediately, a root canal or possible tooth extraction and implant, and 2 other extractions (wisdom tooth). I was experiencing the worst toothache of my life, and Dr. Malik and her staff accommodated me that same morning. They went out of her way to calm my stress and make me comfortable. Dr. Malik quickly determined that I needed a root canal, which was accomplished immediately without any pain at all. She explained all the procedures as she went, checking with me constantly about my pain and comfort. I had my first appointment with Dr. Malik yesterday and have to say I was very impressed with the service. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Malik herself, everyone was polite, gentle and accommodating. My appointment was for a routine dental exam, cleaning and x-rays. I did not have any major issues with my teeth at the time of my visit (or afterwards).
