The entire staff went out of their way to welcome me as a new patient. Everyone in the office--from the person answering phone when I first called to inquire about their services...to the initial greeting when I walked into the office...as well as the clinical staff were all wonderful! The dental assistant was efficient and courteous. The treatment coordinator was thorough and most attentive to my needs and concerns. The dentist was a joy to work with...trustworthy, kind, gentle and a great listener. I can't tout this office enough. After a head-on car accident 40 years ago and unfortunately ending

I went for a cleaning, X-ray and exam. The team couldnāt have been more professional, upbeat and knowledgeable. They were very thorough with the cleaning and exam. The dentist happily explained things at length to me when I had questions. Probably the most āfunāādental appointment Iāve been to because the staff is super personable. Iāll be going back :).

I had two teeth extracted for orthodontic reasons. Dr. Albee Park performed the procedure while Gabriela assisted. The experience, while not ideal given the circumstances, went very smoothly and painless. They made sure to make sure I was comfortable and the procedure was quick.
Also, my two sons had their annual cleaning and they enjoyed their time with everyone at the office.

I came into Encinitas Dental Designs smack in the middle of the pandemic for an emergency dental procedure that was causing me great pain. It was bad. I was worried since I did not have dental insurance, but was helpfully informed on different payment plans I could do.
I just finished up all my major procedures and I cannot believe how kind, professional and knowledge everyone has been. From the receptionists š, to dental assistants and of course the dentist. On my last procedure, the dentist was gentle and kind all the way through the 2 hour treatment. I felt very well taken care of and relaxed
