Saving people's lives is not a hobby or something you want to do sometimes; it's a duty, and it's your mission. The number of graduates who express the desire to enter the healthcare industry grows every year, and it's amazing. Of course, studying to become a doctor is a challenge not all people can overcome: the abundance of practice, day-to-day lectures, and the huge overall workload can break down even the most dedicated and strong person.

We were accused by Dr. Laura Jacobson of causing multiple bone fractures on my then, 2 mo old granddaughter. She even explained in detail how the tibia and wrist fractures were horrifically inflicted. There was nothing in the MRI CT scans blood panels urine exams absolutely NOTHING indicated abuse! No medical discovery to back up her accusations! It turns out the major fractures she explained in detail were nothing but discoloration in the imaging. Really LLCH? Either my granddaughter is a cyborg who's bones perfectly heal without evidence of healing or Dr. Jacobson, you're a LIAR! But Dr. Jacobson

My wife was admitted from the ER to labor and delivery. The ER is slow and small. When we arrived to the maternity ward. We had to wait more than an hour to be seen by the triage nurse. We were seen by the doctor one time while we were there. The nurses passed along information from the doctor to us. They made us feel as if we were unworthy to be seen by the doctor. They lost our paperwork. Everyone working there gave an attitude as if they did not like working there. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The PCA at the maternity ward was the only friendly person there the whole time. All I can

I had such high hopes of delivering at this hospital. I even changed insurance to make sure it happened. I am super disappointed I did. I honestly felt like I was everyone’s practice dummy. I understand this is a teaching hospital but I didn’t expect my experience to be like that. The person who put in my IV left my arm bruised and did not even wear gloves. When she did my IV she literally “no lie” poked around my arm with the needle trying to find the vein. When I delivered my baby, I told the doctor I did not want to push on my back. She said I had to. When I explained that I did not

The doctors are amazing. They know how to handle all sorts of situations. My son received a kidney transplant here and he has gotten amazing care from the doctors. I only give four stars though because of the nurses. During my six years coming to this hospital occasionally I have seen nurses roll their eyes at me, make faces, talk about patients behind their backs and not do their job correctly. My worst experience with nurses was when my son got his kidney transplant. In the intensive care unit where he was put before and after tranplant, I believe it was floor 4, a chargs nurse named TIM who

Horrible experience coming to Loma Linda for the first time. My son had been exposed to COVID from someone at school and started showing symptoms a few nights ago. Yesterday while I was at work my son got worse so I left early to rush him to the hospital. We got there before 1 am checked in and was told that because he was exposed we had to wait outside. What got me so upset is that they let another kid coughing nonstop stay indoors around everyone while my son (who was able to knock out for a bit) was able to sleep. We didn’t think we would be out there for hours. 3am rolls around it’s 45

Superb treatment! I can’t thank the doctors, nurses, and staff enough! This is where you want your child to be when all of Southern California medical professionals can’t diagnose your child. My wife and I were left speechless to the attention and medical professionalism we received. Our 14 month old was in the hands of the best of the best no doubt about it and that is something no amount of money can buy!!

My grandson was checked in before 8pm, it's 1:55am and he still hasn't seen a doctor. Its been 6hrs and no medical service yet!
Horrible service, they make patients wait for hours without seeing a doctor or checking there vitals. I'm sure they have lawsuits often with this type of process. Just because it's not a trauma doesn't mean it's not an emergency. I was denied to speak to the charge nurse and I was told that is a trauma 1 hospital. So she said the wait time could be over 10hrs. All that remodeling for nothing, they are a horrible hospital. They need to make a lot of changes in there process

I got transported here for Liver problems and at first the staff was nice then I got moved to a different room and they treated me like I was some outcast and like I didn’t know anything. They made me feel dumb. They literally constantly talked about how “I don’t know anything” in front of me. For example: one nurse said “I don’t thinks she understands the concept”(they referred to me) then the other nurse said “well obviously some of us haven’t been here before” and chuckled. Luckily I got transported to a different hospital and the ambulance people were probably my favorite

My 2 year old son had surgery here today and all I can say is wow! I am blown away with the amazing treatment we received today. While waiting to be called back for surgery, every single person who was going to be in the OR came over and personally introduced themselves and asked if I had questions about their role in the OR. I was given a paper with everyone’s name and role also in case I had questions later. Dr Olee and our recovery nurse Katy just blew me away with the level of care, compassion and love they show these kids. We also had two child life assistants who played with my very active
