Breakfast items were either made from powder or frozen. The side of ham was the thinnest, sliced lunch meat I have ever seen. You could almost see through it. The pancakes were flavorless and definitely from a cheap powder mix. Luckily the bartender was very friendly and attentive. It obviously wasn't her fault the food was so, well, not good. Mcdonald's serves a better breakfast, seriously.

I came here With my mother and father just to eat a good meal here. But the server was very rude and gave us the face, the face when siblings give each other. We were seated in the corner and as soon as I sat down there was a dead mouse under the table. It was very disturbing. The food had a piece of hair in it and the food was very juicy witch in my option, wasn't very good. When we were ready to leave, the front smelled very bad and had dead roaches outside. The bathrooms were very disgusting it had jelly goo in the bathroom stalls and unflushed toilet..

It's a fun atmosphere, with an excellent variety of local IPA's and beers, great selection of wine. You can sit inside or outside, weather permitting, which is great if you want to bring your bestest canine buddy out to dinner! You order at a counter, self help with utensils, and pick your seat. They bring your food to you.

Came here for Father’s Day brunch. Immediately the waitress was grouchy and unwelcoming. We were seated for less than 3 minutes and she came back in a rush and asked if we were ready to order. The food was okay, coffee was warm but not hot. On our way out, another waitress was supposedly eavesdropping and made an inappropriate comment. Needless to say, the experience was pretty medium.

Breakfast Buffet is $15.50 and includes cheap generic cereal brands and the same line up of standard breakfast buffet you'd find at Holiday Inn for free. It's priced so high because the surrounding abandoned buildings aren't open for breakfast.

Service was extremely slow. Server was not informed about menu. Food was just ok. Atmosphere was nice but seemed a bit neglected. Convenient location. Prices reasonable.

Simply one of the strangest places I have eaten, meaning that I had no problem with the food but the service was downright bizarre. This comes from eating at Redfield's for one dinner and two breakfasts along with up to 7 other colleagues with whom I was attending a conference in September.
I cannot give you all the details, but here are a few examples:
Our dinners took about 2 1/2 hours even though the place was only half full.
Our server later apologized (in an elevator when I ran into the server) and explained that they had kitchen problems. While we had paid for our meals, other colleagues

I came for the breakfast buffet. The spread of food is weak at best and they were constantly out of bacon, eggs and plates. Only two people working the whole restaurant. They were friendly wonderful hand working people however. This place wreaks of excessive cost-cutting.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza with a tour group, and we were milling in the lobby, tired and uncertain about where to eat dinner, when James appeared. He was the manager/menu expert/overall problem solver who got us drinks, made our reservation at Redfields, and gave us a menu to plan our dinner orders. His passionate descriptions of various menu items entertained us until our table was available, and we dined happily in the able care of our new friend James.

Convenient location as it was placed in our hotel lobby and we didn't feel like going out after 5 hours on the road. Food got out in a decent time but service between was slow. The food itself was above average but a little pricey for the quality.

Definitely above average for a hotel restaurant. its a little pricey but the quality has always seemed consistent to me. I have eaten here at least 5 times eating a different dish each time and have not been let down yet.

There was one person running the entire dining room. I'd say there were maybe 8 tables with couples. I feel for this guy because it snowballed into chaos. There was nobody seating people and the line quickly backed out into the lobby. There were tables that hadn't had their orders taken after the 15 minutes we sat there so who knows how long it was for them. Sat there another 10 before the one guy got to us. Asked what they had on draft and he had no idea. Had to find the menu. No sooner did he find it the fire alarm went off. Us and him literally saved by the bell. We left to find something

My friend Carol and myself were in town the weekend of the 24th & 25th for the Salt City Comic Con, and arrived early on Friday to set up. We had original plans to meet up with a friend, but due to exhaustion, and an need not to go far from our hotel (Park View, to be reviewed later) we decided to stick close. Using my Yelp app on my smart phone, we decided to try Redfield's as it was close to our location, as a matter of fact, it was next door.

The atmosphere was nice for a restaurant in a major chain hotel, and the hostess who seated us was very pleasant. We were escorted to a seat

After reading the other reviews I was skeptical but our meal was exceptional. Soup Manhattan Clam Chowder quite good. Scallops, great sear and FOB was fabulous. Monkfish mild sweet and moist. Bread locally made, yummy. Many vegan and gluten free choices. Cocktail - grapefruit Cosmo was tart and bright. Would eat here again. Could use some locals for support!!

While nothing will blow you away here, Redfield's has been adequate for me during some snowy winter days where I didn't want to venture out anywhere else. There is a nice bar area as you walk in on the left and await your hostess to seat you. The restaurant may be maxed out at about 15 tables total with a hidden room on the right hand side that slides open to reveal the breakfast options.

I was more disappointed by the breakfast buffet than I was lunch. The buffet itself was sloppily put together. Signs didn't match what was in the warmers and I had to ask for more bowls to

Located in the Crowne Plaza hotel, Redfield's is a typical hotel restaurant. Interior decor is pleasant. Service is friendly, not hovering, though perhaps at times inattentive.

Food-wise I can only review the breakfast buffet. Hotel restaurant breakfast buffets are often trouble spots because the incentive is to create vast quantities of food at the expense of quality. Redfield's buffet falls into that trap. Bacon was overdone, sausage links were underdone, homefries were tasteless, (as in "without taste," not in the sense of tacky or gauche). The gravy for the biscuits
