Welcome to Sunset Beach Resort, a family owned and operated resort, located on beautiful West Battle Lake. The most recent owner, Glenn Van Zee purchased the resort in 2012. With help of his family, they continue to run the resort as a family oriented resort. Sunset Beach has become a destination spot for many!

This campground is not for the tenting folk. The website is very misleading, showing spacious sites which in fact are very tight, close quarters. On the phone I was told I was being put in a nice large grassy area. When I arrived at the site I was very let down and sad over the conditions of the "tenting area" but for $205.00 for 2 nights we tried to make the best of it. So did the neighbors! Hooting and hollering, smoking pot in the open, drinking and throwing gasoline on the fire which was about 8 feet away from the popup my grandchildren were sleeping in. The camp host would not answer his phone
