First off I want to start off by saying how thankful I'am that I came across Apres Tile. I've been planning to remodel my home but I really didn't know where to start. A couple of my friends had told me to check out Apres Tile so I finally decided to. To begin with the store, it was beautiful. I agree with the other person on here with just one star. I don't know what kind of Customer Service other people had here but today I had very poor customer service. You would think I was asking for something exotic. I asked for simple old fashion 4 x 4 cream color tile. I was told that those are difficult to get and would have to be special ordered and they don't think they can get that size anyway. Sounded like he couldn't care less. I saw some pretty tile that I might have been interested in for my kitchen backsplash but the sales person just said why would you want that in

I go to this tile store because I have a big project but the people who work there they don't have any customer service nobody came to me and nobody help me and I ask couple of questions to the workers they answer me so rude .I ask a couple of prices and there are so high prices which is not worth it i'm never gonna go back to that Store again and I'm not gonna recommend nobody

I stopped in to find tiles for a mosaic table top project. They had the best selection of glass tile of all the shops I had visited. I appreciated how much help I was given in trying to match color and size of tiles. The owner went poking around out back, trying to find just what I needed. And then he gave me a sheet of tiles - free - with hopes that they would work out on my table. They did! I will definitely go back there.
